Excellent! Ordered online, found a couple of teething problems which were dealt with by Ash promptly and courteously. Super fast delivery and excellent item. I'm a very pleased customer and i highly recommend this lovely shop. Many thanks again.

I have previously placed orders with Ashby and although a few initial problems with postage cost accumulated this was sorted and products received were lovely .however this time I placed an order on the 26th of june which i didnt recieve I have contacted ashby aromatherapy twice this week regarding this and although messages were seen ,I did not receive a reply and still no order .Disappointing and I think it will refrain from ordering again..

I don’t even now where to start with this one review. The customer made contact via Instagram messenger, to which a automatic message is sent out. Whilst it looks like the message have been read, it is not always the case. To be honest the only time this came to light was when a 1 star review was left, and a email came through from Trust pilot. I will be honest I was cross and left a abrupt message, as I had no communication from the customer, until we discovered the method of contact was via Instagram. I not wishing to be rude, but the order confirmation that we send out has our telephone numbers and email address to contact us regarding missing orders.
I explained to the customer about not receiving the messages, and also that I was off work due to Food poisoning hence the delay in dispatch, and that this information was posted on our social media sites that we was closed. I also explained that the fact Facebook, Instagram and Instant message chat, don’t work together anymore with our website due to changes made by these platforms, and that is why the messages was not answered, and I also apologised for my abrupt message after exchanging messages.
Sadly the order arrived and one essential oil was missing. The annoying thing is, when I placed this international order, it was the only one I had to do. I remember clearly what was packed. my response was short as I found it very strange, but again what I believe to be correct could be wrong as I was not 100% better when returning to
Work. Furthermore I also go the customer mixed up with someone else that was in the habit of saying items was missing from every order. I have refund for the missing item, and managed to separate the customers details from a similar account.
At the end of the day I don’t think we could ever agree to disagree on this matter, and no matter what I say or do, it will nor rectify this matters We was both to blame here, more so myself, my automatic response to a 1 star review when I had no emails or calls, to discover the customer had been messaging through social media platforms to which was not seen. I only found the messages by typing in the customers name into Instagram search, to which it was waiting for a accept invite on Instagram. Personally if I was waiting for a order i would pick up the phone and make contact or use the email address provided. But we are only human, and I do see my mistake and how I handled this matter. But after establishing several facts the customer was still not happy with it the overall outcome, and whilst I can see why, there is 2 sides to the story - hence my response to this message.

Brilliant product that leaves you with that spa feeling for a value for money price
I just purchased the feel warm lotion and it’s given my dry mum hands a new lease of life. You can tell that it absorbs right into your skin. I put it on in the night and leaves me feeling all relaxed for bed.

Himalayan salt lamp - great service!
Ordered a Himalayan salt lamp. Within a couple of hours of placing my order I was contacted to ask if I’d like to choose my own lamp and was sent a video and photos of different lamps available which was great as they’re all so different. It was delivered well-packaged and with clear instructions. I’m delighted with the product and service. Big thank you!

Fantastic smelling natural products
I am so impressed with the lemongrass, geranium and lavender soap and hand lotion. These products are natural with a wonderful uplifting smell. I would definitely recommend purchasing these products with everybody washing their hands so much more due to Covid 19. I would also recommend the face mask mist which is so refreshing and cooling when you have to wear a face mask all day.
A great local company with quality products, excellent customer service and speedy delivery.
