Asetspain Arvostelua

Had Steve and the team do work on my duplex in La Zenia recently. Great quality of work delivered. The team were very flexible as we changed the workload a few times. Steve was on hand to address any tweaks that were needed, considering we ended up renovating the entire property in the end.
Would highly recommend Steve and the team.

We have been with Asetspain for more than five years, and they have truly been exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure our property is well maintained and in excellent condition. They are honest, reliable, professional, and always provide outstanding service.

I highly recommend Asetspain to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company. They are truly one of the best in the business!

It’s been all of 20 years Steve and Angela have looked after my properties as if it was their own. A service like this is not easily found, so I am extremely pleased that I did.

Their help to me is always second to none, and have assisted in anything from keeping check when the property is empty to the full service of Cleaning and any maintenance, prior to arrival.

In my view after suffering 5 years of unreliable property managers prior to finding Aset, I have no hesitation in recommending them forward to anyone who are looking for the best services, advice and assistance on anything Spain.

We have used Steve and Angela for over 20 years during which time they have provided an invaluable service, always on hand to quickly respond and assist with any queries or issues we have had, helping with the projects and alterations we’ve had around our home, importantly giving us piece of mind that our home is in safe hands whilst we’re not around. I would highly recommend using Aset if you’re looking for a professional yet personal service.

I have been with Asset since purchasing my property 4 years ago. Steve and Angela are a lovely couple, who have been on hand, whenever iv asked for help, attending when required immediately, whether I'm in Spain or not.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires property management within their locality.

We have used Asetspain for 16 years now. They have always been very helpful and service minded. They have helped us taking good care of our property all these years and they are very quick to respond when we need help. They have a good base of electricians, plumbers, etc when we need it.

We can strongly recommend Asetspain.

Knowing that we have a knowledgeable, trustworthy company looking out for our property is worth its weight in gold. From general maintenance, repairs and renovations, we wish we had found them years ago!

I have just signed a keyholding contract with Aset Spain, after some great support finding a reliable pool cleaner and a great local English speaking Insurance Broker company ( EasyCover). Steve at Aset even checked my electric pricing for me to ensure we are on a competitive contract. Steve at Aset has been contract manager of a villa renovation opposite our villa, after speaking with them they have been very happy with everything Aset have done for them.
I would highly recommend Aset Spain for any support required, just wish I had known them sooner.

Fabulous company.
Excellent, professional staff who genuinely care for their clients.

Always helpful, obliging and honest!

I would highly recommend Asett Spain
10/10

Steve and Angela make the whole renting experience seamless - would highly recommend. Superb service!

A very professional outfit. Angela is always so helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and Steve to
Manage your property.

Having used Aset Spain for 2 years now, I have been delighted with the extremely high level of service provided. Always helpful and the always find solutions for a vast array of maintenance works as well as cleaning and care of our property .

We have been using Asetspain for a long time now, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From the moment you book to the day you leave, the team is always on hand to make sure your stay is exactly as it should be. Over the years, we’ve stayed at several of their properties and have always had a great experience.

On one occasion, we needed urgent help after a booking we had made elsewhere — not through Asetspain — fell through on the actual day we were due to arrive. Despite it being a last-minute emergency and having absolutely nothing to do with them, the Asetspain team stepped in and found us the perfect replacement.

What could quite easily have turned into a complete disaster was instead turned into a fantastic holiday and, at the time, it was exactly what our family needed.

That experience really summed up Asetspain for us. They genuinely care about their customers and will go above and beyond when it matters.

I cannot recommend a better company to entrust your holiday to. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

We have been using Aset Spain for over 15 years and simply would not consider booking with anyone else. Steve and Angela provide an exceptional level of service that consistently goes above and beyond, from the moment you make your booking, through your arrival, and throughout your entire stay.

Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail are second to none.

Every property we have stayed in has been spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly welcoming. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and Steve and Angela are always on hand to help with anything you need, making every holiday completely stress-free.

What truly sets Aset Spain apart is their outstanding customer service. Their dedication, care, and personal touch make our holidays even more enjoyable year after year. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and will continue to use their services for as long as we have the opportunity.

A truly outstanding company run by wonderful people. Highly recommended!
