Excellent service. Rob took the time to talk us through the process before it began, then attended the Property to carry out his investigations. All the time making sure we understood the process and next steps. His report was sent very soon after and he made himself available to talk through any further questions we had. Had a very small amount of boarding that needed checking before some work in a small utility cupboard. Spoke to Rob on the phone and he discussed the process and the possible costs of future work in a best case and worst case scenario. Rob came over and took a sample and secured the boarding before leaving, leaving it more secure to how it was before he arrived I must add.

Results arrived the very next day (Christmas Eve!) which featured a comprehensive and well explained assessment of the sample as well as the recommendations of next steps for management. Rob was happy to elaborate further when needed as well.
