Over and above

While damaged in shipping the ornament was beautiful and the customer service for the replacement was super quick. I haven't received it yet but I will be buying again in the future. Quality product and service.

This was my fourth purchase

This was my fourth purchase. I went with the new heart design that was beveled along with keeping the background.

I was very impressed to say the least! Thank you to everyone that works hard to make the product what it is, top of the line! Turn around time was impressively quick and the whole order process was as well.

Order the right base

As always the product and fast delivery was exceptional. This is my 3rd purchase with you guys and my first complaint. I ordered an XXL crystal and thought I could cut costs by going with the plastic base. Needless to say, I was wrong and had to replace it with the XL wood base. I assumed I could do a return/exchange and just pay the $difference but it turned a little unpleasant. My mistake and my fault. It's "water under the bridge" and all is good. Thanks

My 3-D purchase was unbelievable

My 3-D purchase was unbelievable. It made my wife extremely happy and brought tears to her eyes. I bought the base to go with it and everything is perfect. Everything is high-quality and can’t be beat. Don’t change your thing. Couldn’t be happier. Very short delivery time.
