Pour les tirages issus de photographies argentiques, il peut effectivement exister un léger grain ou un rendu moins “lisse” qu’une image numérique moderne : cela fait partie du caractère original de la prise de vue et du travail du photographe, surtout sur certaines séries en édition limitée. 📸

Ich bin seit Jahren begeisterter Kunde von ArtPhotoLimited und habe sowohl privat, als auch für meine Firma bereits mehrere Bilder dort erworben. Die Qualität der Wandbilder ist wirklich hervorragend – die Motive sehen wunderschön aus, die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und jedes Bild macht einen sehr edlen Eindruck.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den außergewöhnlich guten Kundenservice. Bei einer Lieferung kam es leider zu einem Transportschaden, wofür ArtPhotoLimited selbstverständlich nichts konnte. Trotzdem wurde meine Reklamation extrem schnell beantwortet und es wurde sofort eine Lösung in die Wege geleitet. Genau so wünscht man sich Kundenservice: freundlich, professionell, unkompliziert und sehr kundenorientiert.
Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und bestelle aufgrund dessen meine Bilder seit Jahren nur noch bei ArtPhotoLimited. Für mich eine klare Empfehlung – sowohl für Privatkunden als auch für Unternehmen.

Important to review return policy prior…
Important to review return policy prior to purchasing. I could not find the policy easily and trusted that it would work out, not realizing I would be responsible for paying the return shipping to Germany which would be 2-3x the cost of the item. Of course the cost depends on the size of the item (mine was large) and it is partially my fault for not verifying the return policy before purchasing.
The photo is very grainy at the size I purchased. I was told by customer service that I should have expected that based on my ability to zoom in on the image on the website. So I would caution others to take this into account when purchasing a larger sized print. Based on the company’s feedback, if it looks grainy on the website, it will look grainy in person.
I purchased the expedited shipping and received the framed print in 2-3 days. Shockingly fast!
Overall I was dissatisfied with the quality of the print, frame, return policy, and customer service, but I do take responsibility for some of this as I stated above.
