Excellent customer service and amazing…
Excellent customer service and amazing quality of the customized shopping bags I received. One thing the Artovo team may wish to consider is to increase the length of the handles in the shopping bag option, or to mention the length of the handles in the description on the website. Personally, I felt it would be better if the handles were bigger. Other than that excellent quality.

Following on from my 1 star review on…
Following on from my 1 star review on 10th June, it took many days after I left that review to get anyone to respond at Artovo. It transpired that there was an issue their end, which was sorted out by Jondo, the parent company ,fair enough, however, customer service should take alot less than a week to respond. I now find Artovo have charged me twice for the product! As a new customer, this has not been the best experience at all. I will not be returning.

Exceptional Quality Cushions & Beautiful Printing Every Time!
“Beautiful cushions — I absolutely love them! The quality is amazing and you can really see the attention to detail in both the print and finish. As someone who creates cushion designs for my own business, quality is incredibly important to me, and these exceeded my expectations. The colours are vibrant, the fabric feels luxurious, and the overall finish gives such a high-end look. My designs always come out beautifully and professionally produced. I’ve been so impressed with both the products and service, and I will definitely continue to use them for my business going forward. Highly recommend!”
