I have just completed Reiki 2 this weekend. it was everything I imagined & more. It was so good to be back in Kim & Kelly's presence & sharing that experience with a very special group of ladies. Learning so much from two earth angels who care so deeply for the ladies whose paths have aligned with theirs. Reiki 2 brings a deeper level of understanding, a chance to reconnect with your energy & deepen your practice of reiki. I have found my spiritual home. Thank you ladies xxx

An amazing weekend run by Kelly & Kim. I have done Reiki 1 before and this 2nd course was all I had hoped for. Kim & Kelly are so knowledgeable and I met a lovely group of like minded women. I would thoroughly recommend Art of Wellbeing. Thank you ladies!

Attended a Reiki II weekend led by Kim and Kelly. It was an amazing course. Kim and Kelly are very knowledgeable and skilled practitioners. The course was a perfect mix of theory and hands on practice. Lovely environment, very uplifting, and a great group of attendees. I can’t recommend this course highly enough. Do it!

Reiki Finishing School Workshop

I absolutely loved this workshop and learnt so many useful tips and came away with helpful tools to help me start my journey as a holistic therapist.

It was well structured and had a natural flow. I feel fully supported moving forward and know that the support doesn’t end with the end of the workshop.

Doing the Reiki course 1 with Kim and Kelly has been amazing. Such a journey. My shoulders have been released and a have received a mind blowing revelation. It’s wonderful being in a non judgemental space. The others on this course were very supportive of each other . Many thanks to bosom pals for introducing me to Reiki. I feel like my healing journey has begun.

As soon as I walked into Therapy life centre, the music, the warmth and the smell, just made it all feel calm and relaxing.

I booked a Craniosacral therapy session with Kim, which was recommended by Amy, who I had emailed asking for some advice on what I should book. Amy was very helpful from beginning to end of our conversation.

I have suffered with health anxiety for most of my life and recently been through some emotional and traumatic times, having heart palpitations for almost 6 months, so I was willing to try anything.

Kim was very professional and discussed what parts of the body that were going to be touched during the session. She checked in too see how I was feeling and using light touch, she worked her magic. I honestly can't believe how great I feel, I am so much more relaxed, I have more energy and motivation and the best part of it all, I haven't had a heart palpitation since I was in the session. I could go on and on about how much it has changed my life, but if you're thinking about any sort of therapy, then look no further than here. You won't regret it. It is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time and so glad I came across Therapy Life Centre! I can't wait for my next session. Thank you ❤️

Having completed the Reiki 2 course last month, I can truly say that Kim and Kelly are two angels in human form. The genuine compassion they both express has had such a powerful impact on me, on what has been a hard and difficult breast cancer journey. If you want your soul to feel uplifted and be able to face life's challenges with strength, these two ladies are your guide.

I was recently invited to a reiki share to receive healing by all the wonderful ladies there.
It was a beautiful experience and such a welcoming environment.
I have recently been treated for breast cancer and was a little anxious and overwhelmed with emotions before meeting everyone.
Kim & Kelly were kind , supportive and lovely.
The energy I received was powerful, I felt myself recharge with calmness and peace after the session.

Through working with Kim and Kelly I have found avenues and practices to find peace in my life I never even knew existed. I have attended Reiki 1&2 and feel grateful and privileged to be part of the Reiki shares community. It is the most beautiful place to lean into for inspiration, when need to feel aligned and uplifted or navigate through troubled times. It’s a work in progress, but i can’t imagine life without the wisdom they have shared.

Kelly and Kim changed my life for the better by introducing me to reiki. I have been trained in Levels 1 and 2 by them and now have integrated it's magical powers into my every day life and practice on myself as well as others who have felt the benefit. I believe it has helped on my healing journey after an incurable cancer diagnosis a few years ago. Would heartily recommend the community of the Art of Wellbeing including the reiki share evenings as well as the teachings and treatments offered by Kelly and Kim. They are beautiful souls and make everyone feel welcome 🤗

My Reiki 2 training with Kim and Kelly was such a warm, nurturing, and fun experience. They are both beautiful souls who made me feel supported and confident to practice Reiki. This weekend has truly helped me grow on my spiritual path, and I now feel I have the tools to carry with me for life.
