I ordered bread bags in March. They never arrived. It is now July. I had several back-and-forth emails in the interim, assuring me that they were "on their way". The order and tracking emails had links that returned garbage text instead of a link to track it. Note: though I asked for a refund, I never received a response. Not recommended.

I had a message to say the bread bags had been delivered. They hadn’t. The tracking link does not work and I have had no response from the numerous emails I have sent to the company. Do not use this company.

8 weeks from order confirmation and I'm still waiting for my waxed bread bags. The e mail address which was used to confirm my order is not now connecting. It appears it's been shut down. No surprise there! What a totally rubbish service. clearly the folk who set this business up & have been running it are absolutely useless!!!

Horrendous company - ordered in April, promised delivery, delays due to "coming from Portugal". by end of June nothing had arrived so initiated charge back by bank - then company claimed the product had been delivered - nothing delivered as we were home at the alleged time of delivery. Emails rarely answered by "Barbara" and recent ones to confirm charge back sent to "the company email address" have been undelivered as "the email account does not exist" - hopefully they have done us all a favour and decided to shut down.

Zero stars. . Order not delivered . Scam. BEWARE

Paid money but no bread bag arrived although an email said it had been delivered. I emailed them but it bounced back. No proper customer service. I paid by credit card so maybe my credit card company can help with this

Same as almost everyone else - supposedly delivered, but wasn’t, can’t contact as it comes up as an error code. What can you do?! I usually check reviews first, but obviously didn’t this time - shame on them.

Order placed 5th June. Supposed "delivery" on 21 June, but not received. Link to tracking does not work, attempted emails bounced back, Scam realised and refund from credit card provider sought

I order the wax bread bags on the 4th April.... today is the 27th June.. still no delivery... ignoring all forms of communication... shopify are useless... this is a scam ....NO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I have been waiting for my order for 3 months. I once got a response apologizing for the delay but now their email address is no longer valid. It seems they've blocked me after demanding a refund or they just no longer exist. Total scam!

I paid £53 for bread bags in May, one email to say delayed then nothing. Scam company …. Disgrace

Company claimed delivery - no sign at my address. We were in at the claimed time of delivery.
Order made 2 months ago - I assumed it was coming from China so expected a long delivery.
No response from company.
Delivery supposed to be made by "YunExpress" but tracking link is broken.
Do not trust!

Over a month of waiting tracking code that was sent doesn't work product says it has been delivered but hasn't.
I have written e-mails for information but all I've had back Is complete silence.

Ordered early April 2 bread bags still not received June 23rd.Only reply was still in transit should be with you in a few days .
Do not buy from this company you will not receive any orders !

Ordered and paid for Artisan bread saver bag. Notified of acceptance of my order, then advised that the order had been delivered. I have asked for proof of delivery/photo of delivery but none has been forthcoming and now I am advised that their email address is not recognised.

really bad ordered 2 bags weeks ago never heard anything until a couple of days ago stating the order had been delivered which isn't the case
have sent them 2 mails - no answer
try to track the parcel and get error message
appalling service and no communication

I ordered on 24 February. It is now 10 June and no bags have been delivered, now have I received the refund I asked for many times. Do not buy from this company, really! They are making money and we receive nothing.

Purchased items were not received, communication has been terrible, a requested refund not issued

I ordered on 1st April 2026 and have sent three emails with no reply.

Do not buy from this company they have been stringing me along saying sorry it’s coming in a week it’s coming in a few days etc etc it’s been over 2 months ‘Barbara ‘ has been sending the I’m sorry emails same email every time I think it’s a scam the tracking number they sent me never showed up Ever ! Excuse after excuse I have asked for a full refund but they keep sending email saying so sorry it’s coming delayed in shipping complete scam have asked for a full refund memerous times should have read reviews before I purchased
