Wrong size sent, size ordered never in stock.

I ordered a size Large and a Small was sent. ‘Simple’, I thought, ‘I’ll just swap it for a Large - mistakes happen after all’.

There were no size Large in stock. I seriously doubt there were ever any size Large in stock. Could’ve just told me this so I wouldn’t have had to deal with the hassle of returning the item. It’s a PITA that could’ve been avoided.

Mas sombras que luces.

Una chaqueta normal y corriente.El ajuste es demasiado flojo para mi gusto y es tambien bastante pesada,el precio original de 300 euros es totalmente exagerado,la he comprado a mitad de precio y me la voy a quedar,hace su trabajo pero no es "nada del otro mundo”.

Returns to Rock Hill SC are an issue in March

Good: received items in 2 days over a weekend, customer service responsive to inquiries
Bad: Rock Hill, SC Artilect warehouse received FedEx return on 3/12 but no refund as of 3/30.
