Everything looks great! Chris was so helpful throughout the whole process. He answered my myriad of questions, sent me free samples, and made sure I had the perfect amount of product! With the right product and the right guidance, this DIY project came out looking professional. The whole family is very pleased and the neighbors can’t wait to crash the green! Highly recommend their product.

The turf is a quality product, but anyone can buy a quality product. The difference was the installers. The entire crew was courteous, hard working, knowledgable, and left the site clean and immaculate. The experience was stress free and worth every penny.

The moment I contacted ATS someone returned my inquiry. They sent samples of the turf and recommended an installer. I contacted the installer from Blue Dog Construction. He immediately contacted me, came out for an estimate. I highly recommend Charlie, he will take care of you. They did an awesome job!

Needed 40', warehouse gave Installer 30'. Had to wait a week for warehouse to get 40'. Otherwise everything went great.

Getting the delivery was an absolute nightmare. The truck driver didn’t show up at the promised time on the first attempt, and on the second attempt, he arrived way earlier than scheduled—without any notice. He was extremely rude and grumpy, making the experience even worse.

After the installation, we noticed visible lines that look like stripes across the surface, which we assume were caused by an old product that was stored for too long. These lines haven’t gone away, making the turf look terrible. We tried contacting the company twice about this issue but never received any response.

Overall, we’re very disappointed and cannot recommend this company. Terrible service, poor quality product, and nonexistent customer support.

I'm very pleased with your company . The sample box that your representative , Kyle Boyd sent, was very informative, professional and useful. Kyle also answered any questions or calls I had . Very kind representative you have there. He is a keeper! We had to do a DIY Project, because I couldn't afford otherwise. It turned out very good and I'm pleased. Good assistance in getting all the questions answered

After many months of research, trying to build a practice putting & chipping green, I finally decided on Artificial Turf Supply (ATS) for the artificial putting turf, and also a surrounding area of longer 'fringe' for chipping. Picture links are not allowed, sorry.

This putting green was being placed in an area of overgrowth that was a tangled mess of trees, Ornamental plants and Olde English Ivy.

Working with Kyle B at ATS (for ideation & ordering) the purchase process went flawlessly, with three rolls of turf arriving just a week or so after order placement. Also bought some fill material from ATS, that will be used once the turf is laid out & stretched to remove wrinkles. I sourced some artificial turf staples from a different source, mostly for cost, with green painted tops.

After clearing & leveling the proposed putting green site, which took a few weeks, we were ready to roll the turf out into place.

Of course this new 'landscaping addition' had to meet the wife's approval, which meant adding a nice Ornamental Garden, fences and a bench.

All in all the putting green project went well, the putting turf is very close to the greens I play locally, which was the reason I went with ATS. Of note, all work was done 'in-house', and we do own a compact tractor which made hauling material for the base much easier and quicker, along with raking/compacting the final surface.

You will note the 'asterisk' by my title of this review... I worked to a tight budget on this project. The $1500 price tag does not include shipping or the nice golf flags you see in the pictures provided to ATS, that hopefully make it to this review. We also have a large supply of sand deposits here on our new property, so no need to buy anything but the turf.

If you want to improve your golf game, it all starts with making more putts.
