No complaints at all about the delivery service whatsoever. The product in my opinion is 2. The quality is poor and l wouldn't recommend. Can't be bothered to return the basket and so it lives in my dining room and reminds me everyday of the poor workmanship that is available. There's worse things in the world than a dodgy wicker basket however, I'm disappointed 😔

The Flotaki rug is lovely it’s totally impractical under the dining room table!I love taking my shoes off to snuggle my feet in the sheep’s wool. I love it

Good quality clock, at a reasonable price, promt delivery and very easy to order.

Great quality product, exactly how described. . Arrived well packaged and on time.

Excellent product, great service and quick delivery.

I contacted Arthur Cameron regarding items that weren’t currently on their website to enquire if it was possible for them to get them for me. With no hesitation they investigated this and arranged for the manufacturer to make the products! How amazing is that?! They have been so polite, courteous and professional through my journey with them. Well done Arthur Cameron.

Came very promptly. Kept up to date with delivery details. Product as seen on website. Great quality.

This was my first purchase from Arthur Cameron and I would definitely re-order! The products are great quality and I also can’t fault the customer service. Out of my order I was sent one incorrect item. Tabs from customer service was very quick to respond to my email, arranging for the incorrect item to be picked up and a new order sent with the correct item. This was all resolved within a couple of days!

Happy with this purchase. I was worried to buy online as you can’t get a feel for it through pictures. I’m happy with the quality.

Easy to order on line. Product as described. Delivery was efficient

fast efficient service and no problem with returns, all round good service

Bought a laundry basket - quite expensive - arrived with a damaged list although it is a nice product. Contacted customer service by email and phone, nobody got back to me despite numerous attempts. Would not recommend based on that.

The customer service was great. I made a mistake with delivery, and they sorted it all out no problem. V nice experience with them. Thanks.
