The company is a pleasure to deal with, and I was very impressed by the enthusiasm, kindness and knowledge of the person with whom I spoke (to be able to speak with a real, live human being these days is a rare gift); I am also exceedingly impressed by the range of coffee available, and, above all, by the quality of the coffee - the Yirgacheffe is especially good. Delivery was commendably fast, as my coffee arrived the day after I had placed the order. Overall, excellent.

Very Impressed
Am very impressed with the quality of coffee, (the Yirgacheffe in particular was superb), the range of coffee available, the enthusiasm, kindness and knowledge of the person with whom I spoke (these days, to be able to speak with a real human is a rare gift), and the rapid delivery (my coffee arrived safe and sound a mere day after I had placed the order).
