Ordered pullover and T-Shirts with prints for Palestine. Material was described as cotton and cotton blend. All material are Polyester, so very damaging to our planet. Can't send them back, due to transportation (harmfull) and danger to end up in a landfill.... That was definitly not what I want to support.

TOOK MY MONEY. DID NOT GIVE ME MY ORDER. Tried contacting 2 times. NO RESPONSE.

Habe bei Artcloth mehrere Strickpullover bestellt. Bin über eine Instagram Werbung aufmerksam geworden. Kein einziger Artikel entsprach der Beschreibung bzw. dem Produktbild! Absolut minderwertiger Müll aus Polyester mit schlechtem Druck. Auf der Website wird mit Rücksendemöglichkeit geworben. Dies wollte ich in Anspruch nehmen. Der Support ist zwar freundlich, braucht jedoch mehrere Wochen für eine Antwort. Der Versand nach China hat mich mit UPS ca 50€ gekostet und hat mehrere zusätzliche Dokumente benötigt.

Leider konnte UPS das Paket vor Ort aber nicht abliefern. UPS hat mich darauf kontaktiert, da unter der Adresse niemand zu finden und die Telefonnummer nicht erreichbar war. Ich habe den Support von ArtCloth daraufhin mehrfach angeschrieben. Dieser hat mir mehrmals bestätigt alle Angaben seien korrekt.
UPS war zwar sehr freundlich im Kontakt und hat sich bemüht das Paket zuzustellen, hat mir nun im Nachhinein aber auch noch eine Rechnung über 50€ geschickt, weil das Paket wieder an mich zurück gesendet werden musste...

Also ArtCloth absoluter Scam, nicht vertrauenswürdig. Schlechte Qualität. Bitte absolut nichts bestellen und Freunde warnen...

WARNING WEARFUNYY is a subsidiary of this company and not any better. Bought goods from both companies and the goods were not good. Cheap materials, poorly dyed, poor fuzzy printing, not knitted goods as pictures showed on website, and sizes are all over the place. Only part of orders dispatched and when cancelled the rest of the orders was not refunded for cancelled items.
Eventually got a return address however the problems keep arising. One package is still sitting with Customs and the other is in the local Chinese district but cannot be delivered as there is some sort of problem with labelling - Mmmh? Have contacted the company to chase this up from his side - ha ha. Paid by Debit Card and because I have crossed the 120 day chargeback date the bank have set (now on day 132 for Artcloths and day 146 for WEARFUNYY) they won't look in to or raise a dispute with the vendor. DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing as I am having exactly the same experience.
Sub standard product which took twice their recommended delivery timeframe.
And 3 months later am still trying to get a return address.
Please do not buy from this company.

This site it's a completely fraud.
The product that arrives its different, plastic t shirt with no embroidery. Plastic, printed and bad quality.
I ordered 2 t shirt but only arrived 1.
I hope at least they give my money back.

This company is a disaster Wont give you a return address no matter how many times you ask , they refuse to give a refund and they suggested that I give the wrong sweater I ordered to someone else ? What ever you do do not order from this company there is no customer service, they are discussing will never order again and spread the word before they hurt anyone else

My mum (who has dementia) ordered an item that was not only the wrong size when it turned up but also terrible quality and looked nothing like the picture. She was really upset as it cost c£40. No worries I thought, it was still within the stated returns window so I'll explain the situation with my mum's illness and try to get a refund. In the subsequent exchange of a dozen or so emails they did everything they could to discourage me from returning - each time offering a larger discount voucher (10% then 15%) to buy something else substandard from their website. Handing over more money for more rubbish was obviously of no interest to me, so I kept saying no. Eventually they agreed to start a returns procedure but warned me it would be slow and not to contact them again for at least a week. I waited and waited... nothing. A month later after another chase they finally gave me a return address in China and told me I must send it back via tracked postage at my own expense and IF on receipt it met their refund requirements I would be refunded minus the cost of initial transport and all customs fees incurred in both directions. A quick caclulation made it obvious that it would cost me more to return than to buy in the first place and, at best, if I was lucky I might get a couple of pounds back. The result is that IT IS SIMPLY UNVIABLE TO RETURN ANY ITEM TO THIS COMPANY IN CHINA whether it's the wrong size, misdescribed or substandard quality. A charity shop has also just rejected the item my mum bought!!! what does that tell you? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Placed an order for 2 Cosy Knit Jumpers 20/2/24. After several chase emails items arrived 20/3/24.
Items not as described/photographed and were definitely not knitted jumpers, they were actually cheap polyester sweatshirts with a supposedly knitted pattern transferred onto them. The seams were unfinished and overall poorly made items.
The only address for returns is in China and I was told on several occasions that I had to pay all return tarrifs and customs charges etc...even after quoting 2015 consumer goods act to them which clearly states THEY ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR ALL RETURNS when goods are not as described/pictured.
I got offered a 20% discount code off my next order and then after further emails a 30% discount was offered to which I replied I WOULD NEVER BE SHOPPING WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN SO WHAT USE WOULD THAT BE.
They don't advertise as Artcloths.com on facebook where I saw the items advertised, but as soon as you click shop now it takes you to Artcloths.com website
So the moral is save your hard earned money and AVOID ARTCLOTHS.COM AT ALL COSTS.

Ware entspricht in keinster Weise den Fotos auf der Website! Rücksendung nicht möglich, da ich keine Adresse vom kundenservice erhalte. Nur eine Rabattcode für die nächste Bestellung.

Ordered three items. Only one arrived and it was nowhere near the description. I have emailed at least eight times asking for an address to return goods and asking for my money back.
The only reply I got was to tell me they are looking into it and would I accept 20%off my next order. Do they think I’m completely stupid. I’ll never order anything again.

Still waiting for my order. They say ASAP but I don't believe they know what ASAP stands for. Ordered on Feb. 21st and it still says "processing". Going to wait a few more days, if it still hasn't shipped I'm cancelling the order. If You're still planning on shopping here, be prepared to wait for months to get your item.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Ware. Die Qualität ist unzumutbar schlecht. Ich wollte die Ware zurücksenden erhalte aber keine Rücksendeadresse. Ich möchte davor warnen in diesem Shop zu bestellen!
