Very poor communication
I went there nearly two weeks ago for all on four dental surgery. Whilst I can't comment on the surgery (I was asleep), admin is completely and utterly useless. There is no communication whatsoever. Created so much stress prior to the surgery because they could not do a simple thing like email me their bank details so I could pay them prior to leaving home for the surgery. Since the surgery, I have been trying get an invoice from them to no avail. Despite a few requests still no attempted contact from them. They also failed to mention that it is located in a generic office building with no signage whatsoever. Luckily, my wife and I done a recon trip on the previous Sunday. Even when the GPS said we had arrived, we still could not see it. There being no parking, we had to park up the road (illegally) and walk back to locate the address, which is on the side of the building, not the front. Even google does not know where it is, there photo is not of the hospital. I will never go there again. Life is too short.
