Arrows UK Arvostelua

Excellent service 👏

Delivered on time, but to wrong address

This was the only site that sold a dog crate that it stated would fit the boot of my Toyota Yaris. Sure enough it did and now I feel much happier driving with my 14 week puppy in the crate as he seems settled and very secure. Fits like a glove and easy to access the puppy to get him ready for adventures.

Looked fantastic fast posting when it arrived screwed it to my log and the blade snapped but have been faulty so I sent email everything was sorted picked the item back up next day said do I want a exchange or a refund fantastic customer service thank you so very much very happy customer

Very quick delivery, helpful polite staff on phone, splitter appears well made and durable . Not yet used the purchase

Replacement blades came quickly without any fuss

Prompt delivery despite the Christmas holiday period.

Great company. Very helpful. Had a problem with delivery ( not arrows fault) but they sorted it out very quickly

Super fast service , came the next day and on time too. I had a damaged wheel from the transportation but a quick phone call and they put a new one in the post for me. Pleased with the level of service. The log splitter its self is amazing just as I would expect.

I ordered a Forest Master electric log splitter and it was delivered the next day. Great service, thank you!

Excellent communications and next day delivery and of course a fantastic product. Thank you

Fantastic machine, I bought the full package. Strong and powerful log splitter. Would highly recommend this item.

Fantastic company, quality products that are competitively priced. Delivered as promised and the customer service is second to none. Great accent Megan

Forest Master Kinetic ‘Fast Fire’ Electric Log Splitter
Brilliant service delivered to Isle of Man quickly and communicated about problems with Ferry.
Great product easy to setup and a brilliant labour saving performance.
Would wholly recommend Arrows Uk
1st class professional and friendly service.

Good products. Good price and free next day delivery. ✅

Placed order on Sunday for a log splitter
Order arrived Tuesday by tracked Royal Mail delivery
Log splitter looks really well made
Package included a lovely post card showing Newcastle Upon Tyne’s Angel of the North with a description of the goods saying “we build equipment that’s made to be used and built to last”.
What a nice gesture.
My thanks to Helen Martin and all at Forest Master Ltd for their excellent service.

Excellent service, overnight delivery and good price. Only small gripe was no notification of order acceptance or despatch, so wasn't sure if order had been processed correctly. Customer service was excellent when asked for update. Will use again.

Delivered as promised. Unfortunately one of the boxes was damaged and the splitter had a broken wheel. Quick phone call and pictures sent and new wheel sent out for next day delivery. Superb service and great machine.

The quality is good, easy to mount, but this cage size with length of 90 cm do not fit to BMW 1, 2020! :( so sad. Can not send back... So I will buy new smaller one...
