Bristol airport arrow taxi simply the best taxi waiting for us even after me booking the wrong time slot was really polite lovely driver thank you for all yr professional company

Zero customer service. They failed to deliver my washing machine 29/6. Their response via WhatsApp & email has been appalling. At no point have they apologised to me. It's taken several days for them to identify they made a mistake. They have arranged a new delivery but didn't have the courtesy to ask me when is convenient. So yet again I am waiting for a delivery that may not even arrive. If I didn't desperately need a replacement machine I wouldn't bother waiting in - they clearly aren't bothered about their customers.

L'adesivo che dovrebbe essere x alte temperature,in realtà si "scioglie" come neve al sole. L'azienda ti rimanda un nuovo adesivo ma idem. Non hanno una soluzione per il problema, quindi devi tenerti lo scarico privo di etichetta come se fosse un prodotto cinese

Informed previous day that delivery was the next day with exact delivery time. Next day delivery driver rang to say he’d be there within 20 minutes. True to his word he was here within 20 minutes.
Cheerful, professional and thorough driver.
Arrow are so much more professional and reliable than other well known delivery companies who promise a delivery date then inform you your delivery is held up and deliver days after.

Unprofessional Staff, Susan Parsons and her department are useless, unempathetic individuals. Do not consider the facts, rude, take action without notice despite communication.

do not care about their partners, Arrow are very quick to class their connections as "Partners" This is not the case. They just milking you out. All MSP, MSSPs and TSPs avoid at all costs this company.

The feedback will be shared with their board and partners such as ConnectWise how they deal with their "partners" as this can fellow cause damages to connection statutes and other companies linked.
