We’re currently reviewing couriers to see if there’s a better alternative, as we’ve had a few issues recently. However, the last time we switched was due to service problems, and the one we use now had the best service rates while also supporting the products we sell—since some couriers don’t allow liquids. They’ve generally been reliable, but it seems they’re having a bit of a wobble at the moment. 😕 We really appreciate your patience and support! 💜✨
