No! I have done everything right on my end. You advertise easy returns but you are not telling me how to return my item. I am not going to accept 10% $4.00 in exchange for $40.00 and no feedback. This is ridiculous! I have a wallet, that does not work for me, I am out the money and you refuse to make it right, then try bribing me to not share feedback.

When can I expect return directions and then a refund?

I don’t need a solution, I need to order a different style wallet. There is not enough room for carrying cash!
Your website says easy returns and this is not easy. The wallet is in perfect condition, never used.
Please tell me the return process. I want to order a different style but it took almost 4 weeks to get this one and now return is not easy.

I placed an order for thar door stopper on 9 april 2021. There were no actions from them for next one week and one day they send me a mail regarding confirmation of dispatch with a track id. On enquiring the track id, it proven to be a fake one. From that day onwards i am trying for my refund and every time they come up with silly excuses. Now for last 2 days there number is switched off. I strongly recommend not to purchase from this site
