ARMCANDY BAG CO Arvostelua

All of the girls at Arm Candy were a pleasure to deal with, so personable and helpful with everything. I felt very comfortable and secure sending my luxury goods for sale! The only downside was seeing all the beautiful arm candy they had on sale, I ended up purchasing two beautiful items instead of downsizing! Amazing value for quality bags in immaculate condition. I couldn't recommend Tamara, Farena & Izzy, enough!! Treat yourself or a loved one, I will certainly be a regular client now✨️ 💕

I have just purchased my first Chanel bag from Armcandy Bag Co and can say my experience with them was fanstastic! The description on their website, their communication together with the comfort you get from their fantastic YouTube videos makes buying from them a pleasure. My bag came exactly as described, very well packaged along with a lovely hand written note and a little gift as well - what’s not to love!

I would highly recommend them if you find just what you are looking for, do not hesitate they are a very reputable business. I will be back for more I am sure!

Fantastic experience with arm candy! I purchased a bag on Sunday and it was delivered by Wednesday, the chocolates and personal note was a lovely touch and I can’t wait to purchase again!

Wonderful experience with this shop! Lovely people answered my questions about the bag I was interested. Shipping was fast, and the bag is gorgeous, as expected! I couldn't be happier with this purchase and experience and I will be back for more!

This is my second purchase from Armcandy and again, a gorgeous bag, exactly as described in the video, which accompanies each bag and is so helpful to see. Super fast delivery, with a thank you note and chocs, a lovely personal touch. Excellent customer service and both Tamara and Minnie-Ella have answered any questions I've had. Thoroughly recommend!

Fantastische tas. Mail correspondentie was zeer goed. Reageerde zeer snel op mijn mails. Levering was zeer snel. Donderdags besteld en dinsdag al in Nederland bezorgd. In 1 woord GRANDIOOS.

I was worried about selling my designer handbag as I’ve had a bad experience in the past with another store. However, I couldn’t be happier with Arm Candy! 😍 They took fantastic care of my bag and did a great job of marketing it on their social media and website. The staff are more than happy to help both in person and online. I highly recommend using Arm Candy if you want a top service.

Incredible customer service from initial enquiry to receiving the bag! Product was in as new condition and as described on the website and video. Super helpful and fast when replying to any questions I had. Went above and beyond! Will certainly be purchasing from Armcandy Bag Co in the future!

I follow Armcandy on Instagram which is a great way to see what new stock they have in. When I saw a bag I liked, I watched the very informative YouTube video to check the condition. After purchase the bag arrived quickly, it was well packaged and in excellent condition as stated in the video. Thank you very much!

My second purchase with Armcandyco, dated 2003 and was described by Tamara as fair. All I can say is again, Armcandy have exceeded my expectations. The bag is stunning, it's probably one of the most beautiful things I own. A couple of scuffs as Tamara described but nothing major. I am now going to have it specialist cleaned and treated and made like new. Fabulous service. Armcandy are my go to place for preloved / vintage bags. As an aside I have also sold bags with them and that also was such a smooth process.

I recently purchased from Arm Candy Bag Co online, and it was an outstanding experience. Their website was intuitive, showcasing a diverse and high-quality range of bags. The descriptions and images were clear, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. The customer service team was prompt and helpful, answering my queries efficiently. My order arrived quickly, and the quality of the bag exceeded my expectations. Arm Candy Bag Co combines quality products with exceptional online service, making for a truly satisfying shopping experience.

I highly recommend this shop!! I love my new beautiful bag! It arrived in perfect condition and just as described. The owners/employees of the company provided excellent customer service - they answered my emails right away and were very helpful! It was a delight to interact with them - they’re all so lovely and personable. I’m so glad I found this shop online :). 5 stars!!!!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time purchasing a bag from Armcandy, would definitely buy from again. Shipping was really fast and the handbag so well packaged. Communication was excellent from start to finish! Fantastic shop and excellent customer service too. Would highly recommend!

First time buyer from this lovely shop. Bag was exactly as described (the online videos are so useful) and it arrived a couple of days later in excellent packaging. Very nice to receive a five percent discount for new customers. Will definately buy again. Thank you Arm Candy.

Hi, I Would just to say a massive thank you!!! For my gorgeous bag I’ve purchased it’s stunning absolutely love it. Very fast delivery and very safe. I will definitely be ordering again!!

Very pleased with my bag and the delivery, the bag was wrapped up.love the bag great way to buy designer bags.will buy from you again.

AVOID at all costs! Appalling company who sell items that are not available, take days to inform customers of this, then even longer to initiate refunds, all while offering insulting discount to experience the awful service again!
‘Customer Service’ emails leave a lot to be desired, that’s if you get a response.
Use high quality competent preloved sites like Parisian Sweet, and Blaise Ruby Loves…ArmBagCandyCo is the primark version of a designer reseller.

*UPDATE*
The fact it has taken this business nearly a year to send a response to my original review in October 2023 further highlights their poor customer care!

I got in touch with Armcandy about selling one of my Louis Vuitton bags. I received a quote within a couple of days which I accepted, posted my bag to the store and saw it online a day or two later. To my surprise my bag sold within a week and I received payment after a couple of weeks, as expected.

I haven't used the consignment route for selling before and i would not hesitate to use Tamara/Armcandy again in the future, if i can part with any more (unused) bags!

Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience!

First time buying with arm candy. Would recommend to others and I’m likely to purchase again from them in future

First purchase from Armcandy. Thrilled to bits with the bag, exactly as described and I absolutely love it. The videos are so good. Bag arrived within 24 hrs of purchase. I am delighted!
