Impressive branding and customer service
I have been really impressed with Arkossa's level of customer service. I have been kept up to date every step of the way, from when I placed my order to when it arrived (important when you're talking about furniture lead times). Attention to detail and priorities are spot on. Special thanks to Jess who answered all my questions about the lighting. I will definitely be ordering again.
