It‘s a scam!! Do not order from this company - I ordered a few weeks/months ago and neither I got my package or a refund. My money is gone. And the company isn‘t responding as well.

Ordered before Christmas, nothing on tracking, no reply for the company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company is a rip off and SHOULD NOT be TRUSTED!!!

Ordered product 23/11/22. Nothing has arrived. Two emails- not answered just automated response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I have ordered from them before and did receive my order. However my order which I placed on 6th July hasn't arrived. I have sent 2 emails, both of which have not been responded to. Customer service is non existent.

I ordered a product on the 17th of February and still have not yet received my product. I have sent over 5 emails and the responses are automated. I won’t be ordering from this company again. And I can’t seem to get my refund.

Con artists. Ordered in February but never received. Sent email after email but no reply beyond the same automated message.
Still blaming COVID restrictions.
I would have zero stars if it would let me.

Horrendous. Ordered 3 items, 2 arrived. No reply to any of my attempts to contact them.

Scam they pay for fake account followers on insta have and have no customer service they will take your money and never send your product the worst part is they take money from a worth while cause. The people behind this company should be behind bars.

Absolutely appalling, products are cheap and nasty, quality is less than poor. Customer service simply does not exist, you will never hear from them or receive a refund, it appears there customers service motto is, "Out of sight, out of mind." I bought a few whale tail bracelets and within just a couple of wears, the silver colouring started to fall away leaving a cheap nasty copper colour underneath which also discoloured my skin.

Worst customer service. No replies to numerous emails no phone number .
Dont waste ur money .id rather donate to some other trustworthy business.

Writing on behalf of my friend who ordered bracelet a month ago for my birthday which didnt arrive .

Terrible experience.

The quality couldn´t be worst (I ordered a t-shirt).

The customer support doesn´t exist, they reply you with a automatic response.

The ship last to arrive more than two months.

Worst 42$ ever spent.

Ordered the mystery bundle and a bracelet. The description said that the mystery bundle was bespoke to each order but I was given the exact same bracelet that I ordered separately so not sure how true this is. It also contained three t-shirts, one of which got a hole in it before I even got to wear it, I imagine due to cheap fabric (despite it not being a cheap product). This wouldn't have been an issue as it should be easily resolved however I've contacted customer service multiple times and have been ignored - only received one response a couple of months ago where they asked for pictures of the faulty item and I sent them over. I realise things take time but I chased them up twice in the space of a month and still received no reply. Terrible service, cheap items, incredibly disinterested in their customer experience. I have never written a negative review before but I have given them multiple chances via email and have no choice as I wish I had taken account of the negative views here before I had ordered! A shame as the idea behind the company is great. I will be avoiding and encourage others to do the same.

I orderd their braclets over a month ago and the tracking is Still saying they are awaiting international departure....What the hell....I could of walked from Oz by now....

This website is only a fraud, there is no one behind it.
Product haven't been shipped at all and no refund. No one is answering...

I ordered a t-shirt as a gift on the 09/02/21, which I still have not received. Customer service have stopped responding to emails and they do not have a contact number. Really poor customer service, do not recommend ordering from them.

They send a message about environmental impact and yet, they ship from AUSTRALIA without warning. Had I known this I would have never ordered. I also had to pay import tax on top. Also the shirts look entirely different than advertised. Lower quality fabric and different colors. THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
