The goods arrived and were faulty due to poor quality finishing. As there are no ark clothing stores nearby the goods were returned via royal mail at a cost circa £4. I then had to reorder the goods... Näytä lisää

Order not received

I placed an order to collect in store but have never received notification that my order is ready to collect. Disappointing.

I can confirm that your order is in store and is ready for collection. When you choose to collect an order in store the delivery time will vary from store to store but it will usually be within 3 to 5 working days.

I am sorry to hear you did not receive correspondence from us to advise your order was ready to collect.

When an order is received at the store and scanned in an automatic text and/or email is generated to the customer. Unfortunately this did not happen on this occasion.

Please bring the following items with you in order to collect your order:

1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email or your sales receipt, or text message.

2. Your payment card – for your protection against fraud, we cannot release your order without seeing your payment card or a form of photo ID (passport of driving licence only).

3. If someone else is collecting the goods on your behalf, they must present your proof of purchase, as well as their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence only).

We would love to see you as a returning customer and hope this incident does not prevent you from purchasing with us in the future.

Wrong items delivered.

I was really happy when I got back home after a break to have my Ark order waiting. However, when I looked at the shoes I ordered they were nothing like the ones I had paid for. I paid for pretty stiletto heels with ballet straps and ended up with gladiator heels I would never have chosen. I didn't find it easy to return them and I was disappointed by this. However, my 3 other items were lovely so it was a mixed bag!

Great product, fast delivery

The dress I ordered is lovely- great quality and very true to the picture on the website. It was delivered really quickly, even though I purchased it during a busy sale period. Would definitely shop with Ark again!

Poor communication

I never received and e-mail to say my item was at the store to collect. When I called by to see if it was there, I was informed I had to ring customer service's before she had even checked downstairs. I asked her to do so, it was there but if I hadn't have asked her to check I would have walked out without it. I will shop with ARK again but definitely not on-line!

Poor customer service

ordered a skirt from ark, got an email to say it had been dispatched on the 27/12/15, still hasn't arrived yet, poor service. will not be ordering from this website again as I have received no email or notice as to why my package is late

Really bad

I ordered a bag for myself just after Christmas. I ordered a black pleather backpack. At first I thought the service was really good because I was updated in where my order was and even due to severe flooding around the shop it still arrived on time. When we went to pick it up the woman came across slightly rude but I still got my order. I finished my shopping and headed to a coffe shop. After opening the package I came to the realisation that it was a totally different bag. It was purple, made out of swede and was a hand bag. We brought it back but the woman said she could refund my purchase and I would have to send it back and contact their customers service but they couldn't give me a number or an email.

Very disappointed I'm not shopping online there again

worst company ever!

I ordered from ark and selected click and collect delivery to a local store near me. After completing the order I didn't receive any communication with the company what so ever! No confirmation email, no updates on my delivery status , I wasn't even told that it had arrived at the store I was supposed to pick it up from! I even tried to contact the company via customer service email but received no help, not even a reply! Luckily I went to the shop that the items had been delivered to and explained what had happened, they were able to locate my delivery and give it to me on that day. I am very annoyed at the communication level and customer service ark provided. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONLINE SHOP!

Costly returns

The goods arrived and were faulty due to poor quality finishing. As there are no ark clothing stores nearby the goods were returned via royal mail at a cost circa £4. I then had to reorder the goods which were at a higher price than my original order ( even though it was advertised as being reduced it was not ) with p&p my original purchase of £12.60 actually cost double that at circa £25 what a con.

Great delivery time

I order two pars of trainers and both were in great condition actually brand new and no glue showing. Like previous orders from elsewhere(Nike) and quick delivery in Christmas period
