No hot water!
I called with a heating/plumbing emergency and the response from ARK was nothing short of remarkable. They took the time to talk through the issue and then diagnose the problem with likely solutions. A call out was booked for the following morning but their suggestions had meant I was able to get the spares and fix myself. I can only give them thanks as they saved me a lot of money!

External lights issue resolved by ARK
Have used Ark several times on the past and i've always had great service from them. Kelvin andvthe team are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
