Professional and friendly service from initial emails, site survey to the hands on installation. The install is neat and tidy. Electrician and his apprentice were a good team and navigated cables under our kitchen cabinets and around the house with ease. I would highly recommend Ark to anyone needing an EV charger, hypervolt 2.0 of course

Very efficient installation of Hypervolt charger in our utility room/garage. Louis set up the app and made sure everything was working as it should before he left. I have recommended ARK to a neighbour who is about to purchase their first EV.

Louis from Ark Charge fitted a Hypervolt EV charger to the front of our house. The installation was very professionally completed and Louis was very friendly and helpful. Louis drilled a hole under the front door step and fed a cable through under the floorboards to the fuse board without any problems with the joists being in the way. Hypervolt EV charger looks very cool. Ark Charge work was tidy and we're very impressed with the EV charger installation. Recommended.

The team were very knowledgeable about the different options available and very quick to respond to questions about the installation and to apply any grant contributions with zero fuss. They are able to schedule your installation appointment in at daily short notice (within a week or two).

I needed quite a difficult charger install due to groundworks and the charger being situated quite a long way from the house. The guys who came to do the work were fantastic. Friendly, informative and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. Couldn't have asked for more!

I had a difficult job whereby I needed a new cable run through the house, under the garden and into the garage at the bottom of the garden. The team identified a less intrusive solution than my other quote at a much better price, including digging the trench. On the day they were excellent. Arrived in time, did an excellent installation and cleaned up everything. I couldn’t even see where the had lifted the carpets. They them made sure I was 100% happy and the App was working before they left. I can’t fault them. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an EV charger fitting.

The survey and resulting quote was carried out professionally and promptly. The subsequent installation of the easee charger was equally efficient and both carried out by competent and friendly ARK personnel.

Ark Charge have done an excellent job installing a Hypervolt charger. Its a complicated install in an old house with the fusebox at back of house and garage at front of the house, and they have hidden all the cables perfectly. The two installers were very polite, very professional and very efficient. I'm very very happy !

Everything about Ark charge is amazing! After reading reviews on Trustpilot I quickly established that this was a company I needed to speak to about installing an EV charging point. I'm pleased to say they lived up to my expectations. Communication was prompt and accommodating on my needs & timeline. Advice was great, helping me find understand my option and not trying to dissuade me from my preferred (and more difficult location choice). The work is neat and tidy, which was important on my freshly rendered house.

Ark Charge were brilliant! A simple email to enquire and book a site visit, something that many companies seem to want to avoid by requesting a virtual survey. It was great to be able to discuss face to face my requirements. The work was done on the appointed day, at the time agreed. Workmanship was second to none including clearing up at the end. I approached ARK Charge about fitting an EV charging point. James arrived at the arranged time and carried out the survey efficiently and provided suggestions about the available options. The next day I received the quotes covering the options discussed. A week later at the arranged time Dale arrived and carried out the installation quickly and more importantly cleanly. I would recommend ARK to anyone they have been pleasant, professional and helpful at every stage.

I contacted ARK following few visits and quotes from other companies who kind of wasted my time really. ARK were very professional and efficient from the very first email, quickly arranged a site survey and work agreed with the engineer. Quote was very competitive and once accepted, everything was very smooth. Electrician arrived on-time and installation was done quickly too. ARK also dealt with the grant application effectively.
