Very well built, BUT
Very well built, miles from the competitors, BUT It's too short! I don't mind having to buy 2 pair for 2 lefts but cutting every grip down to accommodate it is horrible! I have a large hand and I couldn't get by with such a short throttle. It either needs to be the length of a commercial sized grip or you need to start making a large variety of grips to fit. You would sell a lot of them because NO ONE ELSE MAKES THEM! I solved it by putting 3/8" washers in the grip end. The 8.8 copper colored ones from Tractor Supply (They fit perfectly) The other issue was that the slug end wouldn't fit any of my bars after grinding down the interior weld (I tried 4) I had to remove about 1/16" of material with a combination of drill bit grinder and a brake cylinder hone to smooth it out. Now it fits! I had tried a 13/16" drill bit (still wouldn't fit) and a 7/8 would have made it too sloppy. Most Americans don't have metric drill bits (None of us did). So if it would fit into a 13/16" hole and were longer, it would have been a 5 Star plus product.

Fair prices.
Supply problem meant two weeks from order to delivery, no big deal. One component did not fit, mainshaft nut,
but luckily the old one was still usable.
All other parts were good quality.
Overall I am happy with service.

Long distance solution
I needed inner clutch hub for my sportster and the one I wanted is on back-order. I found it through ARH Custom overseas and purchased. Due to tariffs, higher international shipping fees, I paid a little more, but I wasn’t going to wait until December. Shipping was fast for international, higher shipping justifies the air shipping! Thanks ARH!

very good, great stock, good prices
Only one little gripe is that they don't do next day delivery, or have the ability to choose a delivery date even though they use DPD. Having said that, delivery was estimated before purchase so I was aware of the situation and my item was delivered in that time frame, so that'll do.
They were the only company I could find that even stocks the item I wanted based in the UK. So nice not to have to deal with import taxes. Price was fair, and communication regarding dispatch updates was good.
Will be purchasing from them again

Great reliable outfit with everything you need long as you're not in a rush
ARH is my new favourite parts place for my Harley! I've bought a few things from these guys inc. a new seat and risers, and spoken to Pete a few times by phone who has always been helpful and straight in getting me to the right products. Only negative is delivery is slow (for what I've ordered so far anyway) but the range of parts, reliable honest service and great prices more than make up for that. Highly recommend.
