I've purchased thru Argengaming a total of 3 times. First 2 times went fine. The third however, it all changed. I was scammed out of $100, that is the CURRENT understanding.

I used their website and paid via PayPal crypto with a QR that was provided from their link. This was on July 29th, 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them over 10 times for an update and each time they tell me their payment gateway is not responding which I do not believe. They refuse to call them and get it settled, they sent 2 maybe 3 emails and thats it, there is no effort. Some of the customer service reps were nice, but one was extremely emotional and unstable. For now, I would say stay away. There have been multiple reviews like mine since June. IF they hold true to their word and give me what I paid for, I will change my review.

Purchased in game item they have for sale. They confirmed the order, messaged me with what server# (world#) and where they'd meet me in game to give me the item I purchased, then they confirmed they were ready an had the item ready to trade to me, then they cancel the order under a false reason for cancelation stating "item is out of stock" then message me saying "order canceled for pricing error -order refunded"

Great way to make repeat/return customers vow to not spend a cent with them again. I know I won't be again unless they honor the price THEY SOLD IT to me for. (Im a hopeful person).

Nothin else I can do besides tell others my experience with them. And no longer purchase from them.
