The phone its self is ok but the…

The phone its self is ok but the communication with this company is down right diabolical.I tried for 3 days on the phone to try to cancel this order half an hour after I placed it but nothing no reply from email no answer on the phone and the live chat well isnt live no one answers.I had to get onto clearpay to try cancel it but I cant be bothered with the hassel of returning it.I have anxiety and all this made me feel worse.Dont expect ANY Communication from this lot poor.You put in a dispute and they answer in secs.

Ordered a PS5 Pro. A week later had to call to follow up on the delivery, just to hear that they don't have it in stock and will issue a refund. Such a waste of time dealing with that seller..
