We have contacted you twice via email to explain that, following our investigation, your parcel is currently being held at the delivery depot and is now processing for delivery to your address. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response to either email.

We have also provided you with your tracking number and a tracking link, which you can click to view the current location and status of your parcel.
