Staff were unhelpful/rude and no WiFi in room
Agree with other reviews - staff were unhelpful, bordering on rude. I explained I needed to work from my hotel room but that WiFi didn't reach it (I did a speedtest to prove), to which they said "I don't know what you want us to do, we can't move the WiFi!"...maybe find me another room or provide a mobile WiFi dongle? Nope. Also the socket was hanging out of the wall in my room, which wasn't cleaned for 3 days, and I booked a double but was given a twin and told tough. Also, anyone with dietary needs, avoid - the breakfast allergen labelling was wrong every day.
