The person intentionally hung up on me ...

3 months and counting on a simple refinance! I already have a loan with them, great credit and the process drags on and on. I got multiple mailings and emails asking to refinance. I often go a week or more without an answer to an email, multiple calls or asking multiple people. Beyond frustrating.

This was a refinance and it went quickly and very well. Everyone I worked with was very helpful.

There were a few bumps in the road which we expected but both Hai and Brian made the refinancing procedure smooth and handled in a cordial and professional manner.

This lender has been a disaster for me. I am a developer and my credit is precious to me. after many years of prefect on time payments, i moved and my mail wasn't being forwarded. i missed one payment and when i realized i called the lender and immediately made the payment. they reported me a as 30 day late. it was the only blemish on my perfect credit and my scores dropped form over 800 to the low 700's. two years later and my credit scores are just now coming back. i wrote an explanation and tried to talk to someone with the lender and got no help The drop in my credit scores has cost me thousands of dollars in higher interest rates on loans.
Stay away from this lender.

Started refinancing with you beginning of year. And still not done with it. Very disappointed after being a good loyal paying better than agreeing on with you for more than 4 years. And I feel I’m getting the runaround so you can collect a few extra dollars from my old mortgage before you give me a new one at a lower rate. Just my view. Should not take over 4 month to get a straight answer!!
