I am writing about one of of my favorites at Archwell Health on Arlington North in Jacksonville, Florida. Melanie is her name. I hope I spelled it right. She is one of the two young ladies Iam always bragging on. I always tell her that I have to do a report on her, and she smiles. If you haven't been there before, please go, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Ms. Jenelle the Nurse Practitioner is the best. Everybody is so nice that I have met. I pray to God it stays that way, Thank you again Trust Pilot for letting this be reviewed.

No, no,no, NO ! This is new, they do not answer their phones even though the front staff isn't on a phone nor helping someone. Its not a busy time. When you do get a return call my phone rings 3 times then they hang up, Im disabled. I arranged for a ride to my appointment, to my suprise my appointment was canceled 14 minutes before my appointment. The office thinks we are stupid, any issues are turned around to be our stupidity. The facility manager changes on the average of every 3 months.

Euclid location is super great and amazing, awesome. The seniors get pampered just like we want to, like a baby lol. I love the staff very much, they love us too. Come see for yourself , make a appointment.

Absolutely not a good choice. Stay away. Imcompetent and RUDE. They have no REAL interest in seniors.

Ive been a patient at Archwell Health on Ft Lowell in Tucson for several years. I love their personalized care and staff.
Last week I had a UTI and went in to give a urine sample and got meds called in immediately by Dr Bradley.
Today I still have a UTI and called early this am to request a different ATB to be called in to my pharmacy. At the end of the day, I called back for the 3rd time and was told Dr Bush wouldnt fill it because the other rx was filled by Dr Bradley. She refused to order a different med. And no one ever called me back.
I was an RN for 47 years and I believe Dr Bush is either a new doctor and/or someone who hasn’t learned to manage her time very well.
All it would have taken was for her to see what Dr Bradley gave me, and prescribe a different drug to be called to the pharmacy. I specifically asked for Bactrim DS and anyone of the staff could have ordered it. All she had to do was look at his order and verbally give the new order.
Now, it’s late in the day, getting dark and I will be driving to my pharmacy in partial darkness. I don’t drive in the dark.
Dr Bradley did order the new med. He was just told about the need when I made my 3rd call. I guess Dr Bush wasn’t going to have someone call me back. She just dropped the ball.
I will never see Dr Bush as a doctor. I will see Dr Bradley. I cant recommend Dr Bush at this location. At the very least, she is a poor team player. Someone who says “that’s not my job”.
Follow up: it is pitch black outside now at 5:45pm. The pharmacy won’t have the rx filled until 7:30 or 8pm. This means I won’t get my meds tonight. I will have to wait until they open at 9am tomorrow. This is absolutely unprofessional care. I’m very very upset about this.

Had blood test 6× days ago.
Heard nothing back!
MD never asked any questions.
Prescriptions i am taking? Etc
Etc.
Not really trustworthy.
No wonder a few stars!!!

I took my mom to Archwell and it seems to be pretty flawless to me. The nurse practitioner she saw actully touched my mom and I don't remember seeing my mom's doctor ever touching her. She checked her from head to toes. She reivewed her chart from her previous clinic and looked into removing a couple of medications and switched her to one.

Trying to contact ANYONE with Archwell Health will make you want a different healthcare company! There is NO coherent structure to any of the offices! Almost every time I call to make an appointment, I am put on HOLD and then, without fail I am disconnected!!! Usually on the 3rd or 4th attempt I get a 'person' who invariably blames "our lousy telephone system!!!" Good luck leaving a message for a supervisor - those calls must be thrown into the trash as seldom are they responded to. When one gets an extra-unfriendly telephone person and one dares to ask for her name - YOU WILL BE HUNG UP ON!!! There is (apparently) no district office or management, so it is time to search for another senior care facility!

Is Archwell an actual place? I know it's a charity but the address takes you elsewhere and the phone number is for a totally different business! Is it me or are others baffled also?

I was interested in supporting an initiative that Archwell supports so did a bit of research and unfortunately there is not any transperency and no financial reporting to any independent charity watchdogs. Celebrities often use charity for pr reasons and end up doing more good for themselves then for any cause. Recently when they had a little state reporting lapse it wasn't really that big a deal but did confirm that they don't have a focus or handle on the actual operations of Archwell and even worse since they pay an executive to run it, a not for profit should always prioritize all their financial obligations since they are using other peoples monies and further the royal trips and exsesive wardrobe are assumed billed to Archwell for the costs and don't appear to be justified with any tangible good being done.

Seems odd that only Harry & Meghan are board directors. Hopefully that changes and they get a full board of independent controllers. Also with regards to the recent filing issue... again strange misstep as they pay such big salaries. "Broken windows, broken business." Is everything OK below the surface... Very interesting report from CharityWatch including "Archewell Foundation Does Not Respond to Request for Financials" & "Inadequate Governance & Transparency." Also "One red flag CharityWatch identified in the charity’s expense reporting for 2022 is $0 reported fundraising expenses. It costs money to raise money, so a charity reporting that it spent nothing to raise over $2 million in contributions heightens the suspicion that it may not be allocating its expenses correctly. The value of the time a staff member spends soliciting donations is a fundraising expense, for example, as are general office expenses incurred to do so, such as telephone, supplies, and any fundraising event costs. Someone who wants to do good doesn't care that much about appearing in the foreground. The tribute and gratitude of people who have been helped comes naturally. What I see on this site is a self-dramatization of two people.
Diana had never done it that way. The site was created by a third-rate company whose pages all look the same. A carelessly filled content management system that was created with 3 clicks and texts that could easily be from an AI generator. Absolutely NOTHING personal. This site doesn't make a good impression at all, I don't even know what it's supposed to do other than provide a platform for exaggerated self-expression. Of course I don't know Harry and Meghan personally. And YES, you CAN use your fame to do good. But not like this! Harry of all people should know better. HE should advise Meghan and not the other way around. I'm sure HE would do better and you would be more successful with the whole thing. Whether royal or not, GB, USA or Africa... Personality, transparency, openness and honesty are a matter of character and regardless of location or social status. When Harry and Meghan said they wanted to be normal people and live like normal people, I could understand that well. But normal people don't live in 10-room houses, don't have a nanny and work with their own hands. They personally contact fans and helpers, would create such projects themselves and would not hire a bad company to create such an untransparent and impersonal site. And if you want to establish 50 more 'brands'. This one will also make a belly landing. This is all smoke and mirrors. An illusion. Nothing else.

A phony address and phone number are being used for Archewell. 2140 South Dupont Camden, DE phone number 302-697-4590 come up belonging to another company. The address used by Meghan for Archewell at 9665 Wiltshire Blvd, CA phone number 310-385-9300 also belongs to a different business. Were these funds used to purchase things like designer clothes, jewelry and trips taxed? This "Charity" needs to be investigated. Harry also claims to have actually dug a hole, with his own hands and buried a baby that Meghan lost. Hospitals don't give remains for folks to bury. This couple is very sinister. These are possibly serious crimes that need to be investigated. Harry has really let this woman ruin his life. This won't end well for him.
