Rip off

I bought an item through the quick buy but handler left before I got it. Couldn’t do anything about it because they unfriended me right after. I got scammed out of 5 dollars.

This is only above a 1 star because I…

This is only above a 1 star because I withdrew something earlier and it actually came through within the 2 days. I ordered again from this website, and it has been almost 2 weeks and I have not been able to get my item. I contacted support and they just told me to “be patient”, so I waited another. 4 days (which is crazy on its own). Today, I requested a withdrawal, and a handler was there but they cancelled with no explanations? The customer service here is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Positive giveaway claiming experience

This is the first time I’ve won a giveaway so I was super confused and unsure of how it would play out. With this being said, they were super polite and honest with easy and helpful communication. I was a little skeptical when they said that they were waiting on funds before they could give me my GW prize but it all came together! The biggest problem I had was after I won the giveaway: I had no clue where to go or who to talk to, which led to a lot of talking around and an inefficient use of my time. Ultimately, I’d say it was a sufficiently smooth and positive experience. Thank you Arcaiuz!
