Street Fighter II Big Blue Arcade Cabinet…
I was originally going to buy my Arcade1Up Street Fighter II Big Blue cabinet from JB Hi-Fi, but week after week, month after month, I couldn't understand why my payment was still in the stages of being processed. On three separate occasions, the JB agent who took my case was unable to help in providing me with a date on when to expect to receive this product. Because JB dicked me around, and kept me in the dark if never knowing I would receive my cabinet, and because of the fear this created of not knowing if they were going to rip me off, or had simply forgotten all about me with their don't care less type attitude, and because Arcade Gamer reduced the price by $155.00, I thought, screw this, I'm getting a refund and buying it from Arcade Gamer instead.
I'm so glad that I chose this Arcade Gamer website. Within days of making payment, Arcade Gamer kept me informed on the progress of my product every step of the way. Arcade Gamer alleviated all my fears. The Arcade Gamer customer service was impeccable. They were quick to answer all my questions to the very best of their ability. I could not have asked for better customer service. Thank you.
