Arc Comms Arvostelua

Lee took the time to explain exactly what type of phone system we needed and supplied a seamless transfer of our current number over to the new system. Nothing was too much trouble despite my numerous questions. Thank you.

One short call, one text message and my new phone is en route. Dealing with Arc is uncomplicated and I always receive a fantastic service that cannot be bettered.

Fantastic service from the team at Arc Mobiles. I was quite specific with what tariff I needed and they were able to match me with the right tariff and even provide me with the new iPhone. Will not hesitate to recommend Arc to others. Thank you to the whole team at Arc Mobiles.

Lee and Antony at Arc deliver great service. Have used for 7 years. They are personal, easy to communicate with and deal with any issues in a timely manner - I would highly recommend using their services.

Steve is always friendly and helpful and keeps a close eye on supplier costs.

This is a very unique and good quality company that never ceases to provide its customers with exemplary service. The customer is always the main focus, with prompt response times, empathy and routinely updating with the status of any enquiries. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Great company, saved me & my company fortunes, great customer service, very professional from beginning to end.

I would highly recommend this company to everyone! 5/5 stars from me.

Exceptional service, and provided in a timely manner. The team at Arc Mobiles are very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of switching from my current provider, and retaining my original mobile number. The new platform which is provided by PLAN.COM is intuitive and helps me see in real time how I am using my phone. I plan to bring the rest of my team on in the business onto the same platform

I had been putting off sorting my new phones for months as I thought the process would be stressful and expensive.

I spoke to Antony to tell him what I was wanting. Lee then followed this up to ask for my current details. They then came back to me with a proposal. I accepted and after I signed the Contract the phones arrived the next day.

I haven’t changed contracts in over 20 years! I thought I would have issues. However Antony and Lee made sure I had all the information I needed and both phones switched over on the day they said.

Whenever I had any questions, both Antony and Lee replied promptly.

I would highly recommend ARC both for value for money and customer service!

I need a new phone and had one in mind which was quite hard to get in the UK as it is very specific to my job. Arc Mobiles straight away found a solution and in matter of hours I had my deal ready and phone was in in just a few days.

The best part was the customer service as they helped me out the most in obtaining and setting up my phone and network. One of the most efficient, fasest, friendliest and best services I ever exeprienced. I would recommend them to everyone!

5* delivery from the initial discussion, when they quoted , delivery of the phone and after service.

Arc Mobiles delivers!

Superb service. Lee was not only quick to follow up but was very knowledgeable about which services and deals were best for our business. The deal Lee got us for mobile broadband was also better than anything I could find like for like.

I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and all docs and products were delivered in the timeline advised so there was no disruption to our day to day.

Highly recommended

Amazing business very helpful with sorting my phone👍🏿

The phones are great and would recommend to work colleagues

Steve Hardy has been great with handling our company account, the network provider seemed to have some difficulties with one or two number transfers, however Steve removed all this time and hassle that it would of taken us and spent much of his time dealing with it and seeing it through until it was resolved. Steve made it very easy for us for which we are very grateful. Great service, highly recommended.

Brilliant company. Phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend their services

Great atmosphere and workplace, lots of genuine, friendly people.

Received an unsolicited call from Arc Mobile (I am a small business owner) which I generally wouldn't take. Glad I did - they have found a great plan for my 2 handsets and the customer service has been outstanding. Not only have I reduced my outgoings, I now have a named account manager to assist with our mobiles. At 5:40pm on a Friday evening, an issue with our data was resolved instantly. Very impressed.
