Not very user friendly. Read messages can’t be deleted. No subject header so have to open all messages to find the one you actually need to go back to, to check any information on!! Hope your school doesn’t make the mistake ours did by subscribing to this rubbish!

I would not even give it one star.. it is the worst website I have ever used.. navigation is terrible .. they do not email receipts for payment of childcare , so not give outstanding balances, cant tell how much to pay until you have booked the days and then you have to go back and do it all again because its then says there is not enough in your account.

it is racist. it made my daughter vietnamese when she is mixed and called hee a chink for not completing homework

This is the worst app I have ever used. None of the features work properly. I am midway through booking parents evening meeting for my child and it has taken 35 minutes so far.

Homework due or completed isn’t clear it’s either due or overdue.

Absolutely shocking website and app in the ways of information, logging in, navigation and UI. This review isn't coming from a naïve student either and I seriously hope Arbor improve their platform. The user experience is truly shocking for everyone other than the teachers.

Arbor refuses to add Mixed White-British Black-British as an ethnicity choice for my child. My child has been registered as Vietnamese and now as Irish traveller. Arbor pretends to be helpful but like the British state don't care about minorities, even when they are British.

Terrible app. Half the time it does not work and when it does its navigation is awful.

The website called me a slur because I didn't finish my homework

The main issue I have is that when you make a purchase, Arbor does not send me confirmation that I have purchased the item. There is nothing on the app/site to tell me I have either made a payment or that I will be getting the requested item (i.e. Event tickets)

Having spoken to the school apparently this is just how Arbor works, rather than a bug. This is a very basic feature to have and it's ridiculous that it can't do this.

Otherwise the app is useful for some things but very difficult to navigate and not intuitive. I kind of resent being forced to use this app by the school. Surely you can do better than this?

Terrible app on Android cannot book parent meetings system freezes. This is the second meeting of the past year this has happened . Frustrated and fed up. When you speak to school that slot has already been given to another parent with same problems on app! Why do the schools use this???

I utterly despise this website it caused ptsd for my sun.

Horrible app and no one seems capable to help. it's as easy as being able to make changes to the booked after school clubs...not even the school staff....

It’s a rubbish website and app, it always tell my password is wrong with the super poor instruction to reset the password. I don’t know why the schools keep using it.

One of the worst websites and apps I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. The website wouldn't tell me my password to log into the app, and kept telling me it's wrong, despite being copied and pasted. Can not check teachers on student calender without doing a multi step, non sensical order, which only works on certain phones, about 3% of the time. Utter crap. Waste of money, time and resources.

The company stores your data in accordance to European Economic Area (“EEA”) but uses Goggle Analytics that stores your data in the USA and shares this data to third parties.

The company is owned by its parent company called Arbor Education Partners Group Limited which is not declared on the company website whatsoever.

The company doesn't declare that its parent company and subsidiaries has access/no access to your personal data.

The company keeps on moving address every 2-3 years and fails to update its T&Cs, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal Statement. Knowing that they got nothing to worry about because they'll not be made liable.

Make a complaint via email/telephone and it shall be ignored because they're not liable, if anything goes wrong.

Makes you wonder how 3 reviews consisting of 2x1* and 1x2* allows Arbor review score to jump from 1.7 to 3.1 and back to 1.7

Lastly, I'm only writing this review because my children's school failed to do their homework on this company, prior to accepting their services and putting students, parents and employees at risk.

Unfortunately, the school can't blame Arbor but can certainly prove its edumacated and not educated.
