First class customer service

I was looking to replace a cable knit headband I had lost and when I saw the colour I wanted was out of stock, I emailed to ask if this was temporary or whether the colour had been discontinued. I received a very speedy reply from Jonny, who told me that while it had been discontinued, he had looked through the warehouse and found one headband in the colour in question, giving me a link to enable me to order it. What terrific customer service (and good quality headband!) - thank you Jonny

Aran items are easy to order from…

Aran items are easy to order from website, that clearly described each item. Order was shipped promptly, and arrived quickly as promised. Items are reasonably priced, and very comfortable to wear! Perfect for cold, windy Chicago days.

Lovely hat

I received one hat but it was not a good fit. I contacted them. No problem, I was told to return for credit. I then ordered a different style hat. Prompt delivery.

Wonderful experience

On receiving our item, there was a defect with the item. I contacted yourselves with regards to this and you responded so quick. As there was an issue with the item, you sent a replacement out to us straight away. We will definitely shop with yourselves again in the future. Thank you so much.

Very efficient

Very efficient. Beautifully hand knitted beret. Colour perfect. Very happy. I have been looking for a hat that suits me for years and this is it. Bring on the snow⛄

My parcel arrived 7 days.

My parcel arrived over 8 days late due to the address/postage label on my parcel being almost unreadable.
Please check the ink jet cartridge on your printer and ask staff in the warehouse to double check labels before dispatching parcels.
