Good customer service

Good customer service. Questions are answered promptly. The goods were shipped quickly. However, shipping took over a week. But that's not the seller's fault.

Replacing a Nicholas Mosse cup

One of our Nicholas Mosse cups, bought many years ago at their pottery, was broken accidentally. This was the only place we could find a replacement. It nearly matches our remaining cup. You'd only notice the difference if you looked hard.
