They were punctual and delivered what they promised. It was very easy and convenient to rent a car from Aramis. This is the third time we use their service and we will do it again as they have been always reliable. Emily was a great help, she went the extra mile to keep us happy.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had no car hire for our planned 10 day trip to the Pelion, Greece. We desperately tried many of the high end car rentals in Athens with no luck. We eventually found Aramis. The price was very good, the size was exactly what we wanted and the car drove great. Thank you Tasos we very much appreciate all your help, transparency and for taking a chance with us given our dire predicament. We had an amazing road trip.

Δυστυχώς η δική μας εμπειρία ήταν άθλια
Κλείσαμε αυτοκίνητο 7 θέσεων 2,5 μήνες πριν το ταξίδι μας και ήμασταν ήσυχοι ότι θα έχουμε ένα αξιόλογο αυτοκίνητο.
ΟΤΑΝ παραλάβαμε το αυτοκίνητο εκτοσ Τις βρωμιές εσωτερικά και στα καθίσματα ανακαλύψαμε ότι το ένα κάθισμα πίσω δεν έκλεινε οπότε τα πράγματα μας ήταν δύσκολο να φορτωθούν αλλά δώσαμε τόπο στην οργή τα βάλαμε όπως όποια ξεκινήσαμε το ταξίδι μας προς Ζαγοροχώρια.. στον δρόμο προς τα εκεί και περίπου 2-2,5 ώρες στον δρόμο ανακαλύψαμε πως το αυτοκίνητο ΔΕΝ είχε φρένα (χαμηλή στάθμη υγρών φρένου που σημαίνει ότι τα τακάκια είχαν φαγωθεί σε ακραίο βαθμό)
Το καταλάβαμε όταν χρειάστηκε να φρενάρουμε λίγο πιο απότομα ( από 120 σε 70 χλμ) και τα φρένα ζεστάθηκα τόσο που βούιζε όλο το αμάξι και μόνο αυτό το καθιστούσε πολύ επικίνδυνο στην οδήγηση (συν ότι άναβαν 3-4 βλάβες μαζί με την χαμηλή στάθμη υγρών φρένου)
Όταν έγινε αυτό έλεγξα όλο το αμάξι και είδα ότι επίσης το αυτοκίνητο χρειαζόταν λάδι γιατί ήταν χαμηλή η στάθμη και τα πίσω λάστιχα ήταν άθλια.. δεν το συζήτησα άλλο είχα μωρό 10 μηνών μέσα στο αμάξι κάλεσα το γραφείο και κανονίσαμε αλλαγή αυτοκινήτου.
Σε 3 ώρες παρά κάτι το αυτοκίνητο μας είχε έρθει στην Ελάτη όπου και έγινε η αλλαγή, μας έφεραν το ίδιο αμάξι το οποίο δεν δούλευε ο αέρας στο καλοριφέρ παρά μόνο 4η σκάλα, πίσω δεν δούλευε τίποτα από καλοριφέρ και ας έχει να ρυθμίσεις και πίσω, 3 λάστιχα καινουρια και μια ρεζέρβα βαλμένη ανάποδα να μην φαίνεται η ημερομηνία παραγωγής, ένα φανάρι πίσω δεν άναβε, ήρθε πιο βρώμικο από το προηγούμενο αμάξι εσωτερικά, χρειαζόταν κάποια βάση μηχανής για βούιζε όλο το αμάξι, δεν δούλευε το ράδιο και επίσης δεν δούλευε το μισό τιμόνι ( από τα κουμπιά πάνω εννοώ )
Και βέβαια δεν αναφέρω καν το πόσο τρακαρισμένα ήταν και τα δύο αυτοκίνητα ή πόσο θαμπά ήταν τα φανάρια του δεύτερου αυτοκινήτου ή το ότι δεν είχε γυαλοκαθαριστηρες ας πούμε έτσι ; Ούτε ότι έβαζαν αέρα από παντού
Το μοναδικό ελαφρυντικό ήταν η τιμή του αυτοκινήτου αλλά καλύτερα να πλήρωνα 100-200 ευρώ παραπάνω και να ήξερα ότι ήμουν σε μια εταιρεία σοβαρή αλλά δεν ήξερα καν που έκλεισα το αμάξι γιατί εκεί με έστειλε η imperial όταν τις ζήτησα αμάξι στον Πειραιά και μου είπε ότι θα με στείλει σε συνεργαζόμενο γραφείο…

I rent a car in November for two days. Everything went as planned.

Wir hatten für 4 Personen über unser Hotel einen Wagen für 6 Tage gebucht. Angeliefert und hochgepriesen wurde ein 1er-BMW. Nicht nur dass er gefühlt keine Stoßdämpfer mehr hatte, ließ sich die hintere, rechte Tür nicht mehr verriegeln, dafür ließ sich die linke nicht öffnen. Schon bei der Übernahme brannte die Motorkontrollleuche. Da es Aramis nicht gestört hat, hat es uns auch nicht berührt. Das ganze für 366 €, völlig überteuert.

Very very bad experience.

First time on Samos and to rent a car here.
We had an appoinment in de morning at 09:15 am at our reception.

While we are waiting at the reception, a worker from Amaris walks in at 09:35, walks past us and only shouted: CAR?! But my dad an I were the only one at a table in the reception.
So we said yes en the man walks away.

Apparently we had to follow him somewhere else where he wants to sit, while we where sitting at a table as well with free chairs and the only one in the lobby?
No excuses because he is to late… The only thing he said was: driver’s license…

Then we sign the contract en because he was too late we had like 10 minutes to eat our breakfast because it ends at 10:00. So we did a quick breakfast after the contract.

So after 10 we have had breakfast en we checked the car. We where shocked…
Almost everthing (exept the engine) was broken.

I can’t even descibe the dissapointment so take a look at the pictures at my google review….

We paid 110 euro’s for a nissan padfinder (7 seater)
You rent a car for 1 day but you have to give the keys at the reception at 21:00/0900pm.
So actully you rent it for 12 hours.

Never ever rent a car here again.

Avec une note de 3,7 rien d’étonnant…en effet je présente ma Jaguar pour un rachat express estimé à 22440. € …jusqu’à l’agence le véhicule est parfait avec zéro défaut ..il est essayé et le voyant du filtre à particules s’est allumé donc du montant prévu on tombe 4000€ aussi à cause des pneus AR qui ne sont pas de la même marque alors que neufs….JE REPRENDS MON VÉHICULE et file chez Jaguar qui fait un reset du filtre avec la valise électronique et tout est rentré dans l’ordre sans payer un €….pour les pneus différents chez Jaguar il rigolent encore
Alors si vous envisagez faire racheter votre voiture chez ces gens là passez votre chemin

Nissan Leaf d'occasion chez Aramis Rouen.
Livrée avec 2 pneus arrieres sous gonflés (0.2 a 0.5 bar), nombreuses
fonctionnalités HS (caméras, audio, climatisation, etc ...).
Affichage disant que le véhicule est en réglages usine et foutcetre mis à jour.
Jusqu'à une différence d'heure entre les 2 horloges !
Et après un retard de livraison de 24h.
Réclamations écrites (courriel) : zéro (0) réponse.
Pas vraiment de l'excellence...

"I have now rented a car several times from Aramis Samos Car Rental in Pythagorion on Samos. I always receive excellent service and smiles both when picking up and dropping off the car, with a 'see you again.' There are no attempts to - as one is used to having to be on guard against- attempts at upselling ex. upgrading the car, extra insurance, blocking amounts on the credit card, problems with damage to the car from previous rentals, etc. Another good experience and I can definitely recommend Aramis in Pythagorion "if you need to rent a car on Samos

I use Aramis on a yearly basis and make multiple bookings, usually around July/August. This year, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to rearrange the booking dates more times than I'd like to admit. I must have been the customer service team's worst nightmare! Despite the whirlwind of changes, their service and attention to detail were exceptional—they accommodated every need with unwavering patience.

On site, the representative was a saint, calmly talking me through the details of the car when I asked, and magically making all my stress disappear. Their support during this rollercoaster of a time was genuinely appreciated. ALL the staff I engaged with were fantastic and deserve a medal for putting up with me. It’s always important to give credit where it’s due, and this time everyone deserved it. Thanks to Aramis, my chaos turned into a smooth and pleasant experience.
