Great service. I’m glad I found these after a very bad experience with a different brand (sold by ridgeway frozen) being rubbish and them refusing to accept a return for a faulty product.

Since finding out you can get tarantula cribs in the UK, I’ve replaced most of my vivs with these (4 of 7) and they’ll be my only choice for the future as my spiders grow. Excellent reality product, good delivery, great customer service.

Whenever I order from Arachnospace the products are delivered within a few days. This is especially important if you have bought a spider ad hoc and need an enclosure quick!

But, in terms of the actual enclosures, not much can be said other than they are the best out there, hands down.
