Personal call from Arachas to remind me/help with my policy as it was up today. Lucy was exceptional on the phone. So helpful and easy to understand she broke down everything for me so efficiently. It was easy to understand everything and make an informed decision. I really feel I got the best value and cover for my money. All thanks to Lucy. Thanks again

I AM WAITING 6 DAYS FOR A STANDBY/REPLACEMENT CAR.
HAVE EMAILED AND CONTACTED ARACHAS SEVERAL TIMES AND GET MOVED AROUND TO OTHER STAFF FOR 6 DAYS WITH NO PROGRESS.
CANT GET TO WORK OR NORMAL DAILY CHORES.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE AND COMPLIANCE WITH CONTRACT CONDITIONS IS NON EXISTENT.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOLLOWING THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE.

I have Dealt direct with Tara O’ Riordan, Tara has been absolutely professional and has an excellent understanding of the clients requests. We could be doing with a few more Tara's in Customer direct teams

Called urgently looking for trade fair insurance needed for the next day. The person on the phone said someone would call me back, and I also filled out the online form which promised I’d be contacted shortly. Nobody ever got back to me before the office closed, and now they’re unavailable for the weekend. Very disappointing communication and customer service, especially when I clearly explained it was urgent.

Very disappointed with this service. Have been a customer several years now and coming to near the end of my policy this year and to update my new address they have tried to charge me a fee of €65. Absolute disgrace. Will be looking elsewhere for my renewal quote after this experience.
