Very impressed with the fast delivery

Il corriere ha dichiarato di aver consegnato il mio pacco "al vicino". Io non ho mai ricevuto la mia merce nonostante fossi presente all'indirizzo a cui avrebbe dovuto essere consegnato. Nessun "vicino" da me autorizzato mi ha informata di aver ricevuto il mio pacco, quindi non si sa neppure a chi sua stato consegnato, oltretutto senza nessuna autorizzazione da parte mia. Inoltre, il portone era aperto perché stavo attendendo la consegna quindi non c'è nessuna giustificazione.
Inaccettabile, pessimo servizio. Mi auguro che la mia merce non venga mai più affidata a un simile servizio, ho dovuto richiedere il rimborso perché il mio pacco è stato consegnato a chissà chi, ma di sicuro non a me.

AVOID! I ordered 1 item from ebay. It was supposed to arrive last Wednesday, Jan 28th. It's Feb 2nd. Tracking never updated. Still shows they have my package when I check. Never said out for drlivery or deliveted. Very disappointed. I filed for a full refund for the item.I will never use this service again. USPS or FedX *****AVOID*****

The communication from Aquiline was excellent. However it would of been helpful to know who the courier was, in my case Amazon, as my parcel was not delivered until 8.30pm.

This was my first experience with Aquiline shipping. The products I ordered went from New York City to Los Angeles in less than 3 days and were delivered on time. I couldn't ask for better service.

Everything went smoothly and delivered on time

Tracking started then stopped. It was incomplete compared to other tracking I have experienced. The package ended up being delivered earlier than predicted but I could not get updated info from Aquiline. Based on my experience I would not be happy if other companies like Amazon started using Aquiline for tracking.

The delivery was very fast and communications were good.

I truly was amazed how fast I received the order! Great experience. Highly recommend.

Great service

Aquiline has excellent customer service! I had an issue finding my package after it showed as 'Delivered'. I assumed it was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed Aquiline and within a few hours they responded and I was able to locate my package. It takes most, if not all, carriers 1-3 business days to even acknowledge an email. So I am quite pleased with their response time.

Von Aquiline-tracking wurde ich einen Tag später informiert, dass meine Lieferung "einem Mitbewohner" des Hauses übergeben wurde. Ich habe aber keine Mitbewohner im Haus. Geklingelt wurde auch nicht! Ich war am angegebenen Liefertag ganztägig anwesend! Das Päckchen fand ich dann auf dem Briefkasten, dessen Klappe vom Anlieferer geöffnet wurde und der gut sichtbar von der Straße aus ist. Weil es aber zu groß für einen Briefkasten ist, war dieser voll mit Schnee angefüllt und die Lieferware durchweicht. Eigentlich möchte ich keinen Stern geben! Äußerst mangelhaft!

Great tracking app. It is updated frequently and you can have email alerts sent to you when package moves and when it is delivered.
