I’m really happy with my experience with this brand! ✨ The pieces are beautifully designed, and the quality is very good.
The customer service has also been great. I’m based in Europe, and I had no issues at all with shipping, taxes, or duties, which made the whole experience even smoother.
Overall, a beautiful brand with gorgeous designs, great quality, and excellent service. Highly recommended! 🤍

I am dealing with them for more than ten years
They have very beautiful collections
I have more than thirty items
I like their quick response and beautiful items

I ordered a completeky custom necklace for my mother, who is currently battling cancer, and from the first design conversation to the moment it arrived at my door, everything was handled by Ruthy with extreme care. She worked with me on many design iterations, she understood that I wanted to create something very meaningful for my mother, and ultimately created something very emotional for our family. The entire process took only a week which blew me away and the result cannot be described in words. Thank you Aquae Jewels.

I have purchased four items from Aquae & I am going to make an additional purchase for my upcoming birthday. I have made purchases from other entities & was not satisfied. Aquae jewelry is of a much better quality & their staff have always been helpful. They also did a great job repairing a piece damaged in a motorcycle accident. They are the best and you deserve the best!

I am a returning customer and this time it was about the refurbishment of an old bracelet and Aquae created and implemented a truly unique piece that I will certainly enjoy.
What I would particularly like to highlight is Aquae's excellent customer service and management. Thank you so much, Hilal – you did everything to make me happy.

I can therefore highly recommend ordering from Aquae or having a piece of jewelry custom-made.

I had such a lovely experience with this jewelry brand. From the moment I reached out, the customer service was truly exceptional, especially Ruthie!!! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting every detail perfect.

What impressed me most was how they adjusted my jewelry set exactly the way I imagined it. The final result was absolutely flawless, precise, and beautifully crafted.

It’s rare to find both high quality work and such warm, professional service in one place. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personalized and seamless experience.

Very warm service, very beautiful bracelet, and very wonderful design. Love the bracelet, will buy more in the future.

We have purchased several sets of earrings and always had a good experience. Ruthy helped us with custom work for them and didn’t disappoint. Amazing customer service that is rare to find these days. I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality jewelery for a great price and flawless service. A+

I had a great experience with Aquae Jewels! The piece I ordered was exactly what I was hoping for, delicate, feminine, and beautifully made. Customer service was also excellent, very responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely order again. 💙

I found Aquae Jewels as I was looking for a specific stone : the red coral. Therefore I bought one necklace with the bracelet. After these purchases, I just became addicted to it. Now I have 2 gorgeous rings, earrings and 2 unbelievable hand chains. I am wearing them everyday as they are very well designed, so it perfectly fits with your movements. I received compliments every day such as: it's so delicate, it's very feminine, where did you buy it... Thank you Aquae Jewels for such quality. You are truly unique.

Top tier-service and on time delivery. Premium quality across our entire jewelry collection.

I had a wonderful experience with Aquae Jewels. The company is very reliable and professional.
I ordered the Diamond Band Rich & Bold Ring and received it very quickly. The ring arrived in beautiful, elegant packaging which made the whole experience even more special.
I am absolutely in love with this ring. It is honestly the most beautiful ring I own. The craftsmanship is perfect and the diamonds sparkle brilliantly. I was truly impressed when I saw it in person, and now it’s the only ring I want to wear.
Aquae Jewels has a very convenient website with an incredible selection of stunning jewelry pieces.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry and excellent service!

Great experience always. Love the designs, customer service & very fast delivery.

I first purchased from Aquae Jewels in 2017 and I have genuinely loved the brand ever since. The quality of the jewellery is exceptional, with timeless designs and beautiful craftsmanship that truly last. I still wear pieces I bought years ago and they have maintained their shine and elegance, which says so much about the quality. I have continued to purchase more pieces last year and again this year, and the standard has remained consistently impressive. What I appreciate most is that the jewellery feels luxurious yet effortless enough for everyday wear. It is rare to stay loyal to a brand for this long, but Aquae Jewels has truly earned my trust and I highly recommend them.

Seamless communication and very professional work. The quality of products is perfect for the price offered and I received my order within 7 days of placing the order. Thank you for a wonderful service and product
