Aquablade Arvostelua

Received my order. The advert shows there's a handle on both sponge cleaner and the blade wipe, my order came with just one handle.
Tight buggers

Ordered & paid for an Aqua Blade in early May 2025 - Not arrived & now it's 27th June 2025 - Sent several e mails - zero contact - Time to request a refund from Credit Card Company.

Don’t know how you’re supposed to get a real one of these as they copy all the advertising websites, sent for one from what I thought was the genuine website but just like everyone else it’s rubbish Chinese copy so unless the real website can sort this out I would stay clear and save your money

Not delivered, limited contact with no follow up

Fake rip off cheap copy product, not as shown in advertising, just rubbish. Do NOT fall for this scam!

Very disappointed with this product. Did not include microfibre cloths, was not as shown in the advertisement and certainly does not perform as advertised. Water drips all over everything and it does not squeegee successfully right up to the sides of the windows.

Very disappointed in this cheap Chinese made product.
Secondly I only relieved half of the items advertised.
Don't waste your money

Warning. They dont awnser or send product. Just take you money and dont awnser. The orders are never processed. And the worst thing is that Stripe alows it.

Never received the product. Never received an answer. I wrote more than 10 mails. They ignore. Absolutely SCAM!

Item received was cheap copy and doesn’t work, plastic moulding is all skew and gappy. Emailed with no response no luck. Don’t waste your money!

AQUABLADE is a fake product, and the whole sales chain – a major scam.
THE STORY: The product, an Aquablade squigee for window cleaning, is of unusably bad quality. The website says – American made, but it is the cheapest of cheap Chinoise crap, usable for sale only, not for use. It cannot produce satisfactory results due to its lack of material quality. The silicone is rough, the tool form is just wrong for any normal hand and plastics are visibly cheap. It really does not cost 36 euros. After trying it for couple of minutes I decided to send it back. And surprise – nowhere to. The internet seller, aquablade.store does not respond to contact emails; the selling company, Ecozahar Ltd, does not respond either; the shipper, one Yanwen from China does neither.
The bank that I initiated payment annullment with, demands replies from the seller and since there is none, don't want to do a dispute with Visa for this small money. So, this is limbo.
