Items arrived much later than the estimated arrival time, when they did arrive, I received a wrong item. I mailed them about this multiple times and upon returning I did not receive my money back. I mailed them about this as well. Poor communication, not trustworthy and just scamming. 0/10 not recommended to purchase anything from them. I wish I had read all the bad reviews before buying from them.

I placed an order, waited the 14 days, no updates, after that have written emails and opened multiple tickets but 0 response.

Ware wurde bestellt. Nach 1 woche wurde die Ware elektronisch angekündigt. Bis heute (14 Tage später) immer noch nix verändert. Nach Email kontakt nie eine antwort erhalten. Würde ich niemanden empfehlen dort was zu bestellen. Fühlen uns verarscht und betrogen!

Kann diesen Shop leider nicht weiterempfehlen ich warte bereits seit über 1 Woche auf mein Paket, heute nachdem ich Ihnen mittgeteilt habe, dass wenn es nicht am 13.2.2026 ankommt - den wir heute ( 12.02.2026) noch nicht haben sehe ich auf meiner ups Sendungsverfolgung das der Verkäufer das Paket gestoppt und umgeleitet hat an sich zurück ? Was ist dass denn ? Es ist 1. nicht erlaubt wenn ich dem nicht zustimme ? Desweiteren wäre es doch sogar in der von mir gesetzten Frist zugestellt worden! Aber die ganzen anderen Bewertungen hier sprechen ja auch für sich und absolut gegen den Shop

Kann mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen dass ich diesen Shop nicht weiterempfehlen kann und hier auch nichtsmehr bestellen werde

this company has a very poor customer service , they do not reply, no info on site to easily find anything to relate to reply times then sends you links to stuff that cant be found in an aggressive manner, also if your from the UK they wont sell to you because we dont understand taxes, i researched taxes import fees ect before purchase i have a right to cancel an order i asked if its been dispatched if not cancel i was getting no reply apart from when i asked paypal to intervene ,i got a reply then the first line was what is this nonsense, im happy to link email trail of this, again AVOID the money saving is just not worth the savings which for me was only £12 they to me came accross aggressive and seemed to sugest that people from the uk dont understand that we left the EU and we pay extra fees, my reason for asking to cancel was no reply was down to another issue like the amount of time it would have taken to arrive the import fees was around £40, WHY WOULD YOU PURCHASE IF THIS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GET, WOULD NOT LIKE TO THINK WHAT THE PROBLEMS WOULD BE IF I HAD AN ISSUE WITH ITEM.

What is this nonsense? If you don't know what you need, then think about it before you order anything. The UK is no longer part of the EU, so you will have to pay fees and VAT. It is also rude of you to claim that you called us. No calls from the UK since December 29. 25.

It's your own fault if we react indignantly, because you called us fraudsters on PayPal, which is nonsense in itself, because a fraudster must do something intentionally and will certainly not offer a secure payment, as we do.
We now stopping selli.g to the UK, as it seems that the people still do not understand that they are no lobger part of the EU and must pay the custom clearance, duty and UK VAT.

(ME) if you dont reply to paying customers then expect some suspicion. Saying your a scamer and getting no reply and asumeing it could be scam are two different things just because you offer secure oayment dont mean its not a scam maybe go on s scam education course if you send the item good, if you refund me even better. For this attitude im going to make my.mission to leave the worst reviews i can where i can, now grow up dont ignore people and expect a good outcome bye bye mr grumps

(ME) CANCEL MY ORDER THEN, ITS THAT SIMPLE, i don't mind paying taxes as it goes to my government, never had an issue with the import/taxes/vat etc just an issue with your company, its that simple. and to see your true colours to people who pay you money is terrible i do know what i was ordering i do know about import taxes i can even supply the tax code for import fees, i done my homework first using you just saved me £12 that's all, wish i hadn't bothered. go ahead cancel my order then we both happy. cant wait to

Super Verkäufer! Sehr nett und freundlich, dazu absolut zuverlässig. Die Ware war extrem schnell da und die Qualität ist top. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist viel, viel besser als bei anderen Shops. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen – jederzeit gerne wieder!

Aqua-Terra24.de ignored all of my attempts to contact them for weeks after placing an order — no replies to email, phone calls or their own ticket system keeping me in the dark about my order. They only reacted after I requested a refund through my bank and even then their response was hostile and antagonistic rather than helpful. Instead of acknowledging their lack of communication, they chose to blacklist me and even my country, which is both unprofessional and unreasonable.

Unfortunately, my experience echoes many of the negative reviews already posted. I now wish I had read them beforehand and taken their advice.

Non acquistate nulla! Pessima azienda! Da evitare assolutamente! Effettuato ordine 16giorni fa ordine 8000000071. Dopo diverse email, e richieste inviate tramite il sito. Non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Al telefono non rispondono. 170 euro buttati. Ora ho deciso di scrivere recensioni negative su tutti i siti possibili per fare in modo che altre persone oneste come me non perdano i soldi a causa di questi truffatori!

Aggiornamento: dopo aver mandato una email di minacce, hanno spedito il pacco. L’ordine arrivato dopo 37gg. Ho ordinato un terrario in vetro che è arrivato rotto. Inoltre l’ordine non è completo mancano articoli. Ora a distanza di una settimana non rispondono nemmeno alle email. Ho chiesto il rimborso almeno della merce rotta. Nulla di nulla. Confermo poco seri! Da evitare!!!

Der Shop schickt nach erfolgter Bezahlung und Bestellung keine Ware raus. Es meldet sich auch niemand, dass sich etwas verzögern könnte. Nachdem man vergeblich versucht jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen und über das Kontaktformular anfragt, bekommt man eine unfreundliche Antwort mit "solche Kunden wie sie brauchen wir nicht". Absolute Frechheit dieser Shop und der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Lieber die Finger von diesem Shop lassen.

Half of month trying to receive package , asked to have the package delivered told me that the parcel needs to be packed? Ok that's not my issue , pack the parcel ?
Then asked why suddenly they have posted but tracking number is saying not collected . Week later ...
So I asked again and then they told me they have proof. ....
And can't provide it. Then very unprofessionally telling me that the PayPal case won't speed process. ...
Parcel never handed over...stay away.

Bestellung nicht vollständig geliefert.

Die Bezahlung und Bestellung erfolgte am 18.09.2024. Laut Shop waren alle Artikel mit einer Lieferzeit von 2-5 Tagen.

Am 02.10. erfolgte eine Nachfrage per e-Mail, wann wir die Ware erhalten? Die Reaktion darauf war, dass wir per e-Mail eine Versandbestätigung erhalten haben, dass das Paket verschickt wurde.

Daraufhin kam das Paket am 08.10 an, leider mit nur 2 der bestellten 3 Artikeln.

Eine Nachfrage am selbigen Tag per e-mail blieb ohne Antwort.

Ein paar Tage später, telefonisch, wurde mir bestätigt, das die Ware noch in derselben Kalenderwoche 42 verschickt wird.

Leider jetzt 4 Wochen später, haben wir immer noch nicht die fehlende Ware erhalten.

Ein Letztmaliger Kontaktversuch am 04.11. per e-mail blieb ohne Reaktion des Verkäufers.

Letzter Schritt, über Paypal Geld zurückgefordert um die Sache abzuschließen. Hoffe auf baldiges Ende...

Shop ist nicht zu empfehlen kann mich meinen Vorrednern leider nur anschließen...

Als lagernd ausgewiesen Ware war nicht lagernd.

Bestellte Ware kam mit gleichem Preis in zu kleinem Gebinde.

Emails werden nicht beantwortet.
Weite Abklärung nur über Paypal Käuferschutz möglich, siehe da innerhalb von Stunden funktioniert wieder eine Kommunikation.

Verkäufer ist darüber informiert das die Ware wegen Notwendigkeit bereits verbraucht ist besteht nun aber auf eine Rücksendung weil man den Käuferschutz eingeschaltet hat.

; Verkäufer erfindet auch noch ein Jahr später Lügengeschichten, Mann kann bei solchen Leuten nur die komplette Historie bei Trustpilot hochladen und eine Rezession hinterlassen um weitere Kunden zu warnen.

Die Nachlieferung der Differenz des zu kleinen Gebindes oder die Rücküberweisung der Differenz haben nie stattgefunden. Hier hat sich jemand auf meine Kosten bereichert. Aber es war definitiv mein Fehler, nachdem die Ware als lagernd ausgewiesen war und diese nicht lagernd war hätte ich bereits zurücktreten sollen. Aber man glaubt ja doch an das Gute. Wie man hier und bei weiteren Rezessionen sieht, die Dunkelziffer wäre von Interesse, ist das anscheinend die Masche,

Ware kam recht pünktlich in guten Zustand an. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei vielen Artikeln ziemlich gut.

Ware mit Vorkasse Bezahlt, bis zur aufforderung(9tage später) keine Rückmeldung...

Ware wurde am 2.1.24 bestellt und ist 10 Tage später noch immer nicht versendet, obwohl laut Website noch 14 Stück auf Lager sind. Mehrmalige Rückfragen per Email und mehrere Versuche den Händler telefonisch zu erreichen, blieben leider erfolglos.

Ich kann nicht empfehlen bei diesem Händler zu bestellen. Ich werde die Zahlung über PayPal nun Rückgängig machen.

Wir hatten zum ersten Mal bei der seite bestellt. Ware ist OK kann man nichts sagen. Aber Kunden Freundlichkeit ist was anderes. Montag haben wir bestellt und Mittwoch haben wir mal angefragt wann die Sendung raus geht da das Paket sehr wichtig ist. Da die Versand Email leider im Spam Ordner gelandet ist,haben wir noch mal sachlich gefragt ob man bitte antworten könnte. Dann kam als Email tatsächlich zurück "Versand information wurden ihnen schon geschickt!!!" kein hallo oder mal ne freundliche Anrede, Hauptsache 3 Ausrufezeichen. Sorry ich erwarte von nen Unternehmen professionelle freundliche und sachliche Antworten. Das man mal genervt ist OK aber man zeigt es nicht dem Kunden. Daher auch nur 2 Sterne

Super Service inkl. schnellem Rückruf und klasse Beratung. Anschließend sofortige Versendung! Besser gings nicht.
