This company could do well if they would keep the scheduled appointments. I called in for a comeback to spray my yard as it was raining the day they came for a scheduled appointment, they did spray inside my house the scheduled day. However no one showed the day of the call back appointment. Then they rescheduled twice the next time they were supposed to come. Once the technicians got to our house they did a very good job & explained exactly what & how they were treating my house & my property.

The Aptive Technician Chase
The Aptive technician, Chase, communicates prior to arrival with his ETA and asks if there are any particular areas of concern he needs to focus on. Upon arrival he advised that he is on property and will begin the service. Immediately following the service he sends a comprehensive email detailing everything that was accomplished along with photos of the entire property. This communication sets Aptive apart from other similar vendors along with the fact that their service delivers a pest free property makes Aptive the perfect choice. They service both my primary residence and vacation property. Keep up the exceptional service! Thank you Chase!

I'm still infested will cobb webs front…
I'm still infested will cobb webs front & back yards. The tech did knock on the door to notify me had arrived and I explained and showed him the problem.
He said he would do an upgraded treatment, but I've still got the webs and my roses and plants have fungus on them, even though I spray them! It would be nice if you contacted me before you come. I keep the gates locked so if I don't know you're coming, you can't get in. If you contacted me by my land line, no text; I would make sure I'm here. I have sent you numerous request but get no help from you. I even planned on cancelling the service if I can't be taken care of!
