Technicians are great. Company charges are overpriced. They suck you into a contract then forfeit all the agreements. Then want to charge you to cancel. I don't recommend them at all. Now they tell me I can't even get a Sat. appointment when it was agreed at the start, I would get Sat. service. They lie to get you to sign
