People coming to my house were Nice and did their work. The problem is the solution was like water. It did not work. I got bit by fire ants more than I have ever got. Bit in my over 60 years of age. We had more fleas than we have ever had. When you call you get a call center and they aggressively try to make you keep the service. It took me 30 minutes for them to get the message that no I do not want it. The evens tried that I had a positive account and I could get a free service when I told him no. Just refund me the money. They said they couldn't do that. So I said do not come to my house after 30 minutes of saying cancel my service. I do not want you at my house. He finally canceled the service
