I signed up with this company in San Antonio, had to get a personal loan to pay the fee. They got the check but no one has called me with any thing on what I should expect. I have to still pay the company they are supposedly getting cared for. No idea what they are doing and wonder if I should cancel the whole thing and demand a full refund.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention.
To be candid, we’re a bit confused by your complaint, as the timeline and communication history don’t appear to align with the concerns you’ve expressed. According to our records, you signed your service agreement on March 8, 2025. Your account was funded in early April, just under a month later.
Since that time, we’ve reached out to you via email on five separate occasions, beginning April 14, with the most recent message sent on May 18. After your conversation with your representative Kai, we also re-sent your Welcome Email in early May to ensure you had all necessary onboarding information.
In addition, our investigation team has attempted to contact you by phone on three different occasions, but unfortunately, we have not been able to reach you. It’s important to note that the service you enrolled in typically takes well over a year to complete when a mortgage is involved. As of today, it has been less than 60 days since your account was funded.
In total, we have made at least eight documented contact attempts, and we’re aware that you’ve spoken with your representative at least once directly.
At this point, we’re unsure what specifically you’re asking us to do or change. If you could clarify the nature of your concern or what resolution you are seeking, we will do our best to address it promptly.
We are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction, and we look forward to working with you constructively.
