It's unbelievable that this guy (Lee Rosenbloom) is still allowed to be in business, given how mnay lawsuits have been filed against him and how many times he has had to change the name of his business. He is a documented and verified thief, liar, and criminal. Anyone who thinks they are getting a fair price or offer from him is naive. Stay away from this crook!

Be careful when using this company. I sent payment ( wired) for a watch repair ( enhancement) to APR57. Was told details not quite a match his bank account so payment would be returned to me. In good faith I forwarded the sum again and received the watch. However Over two years later asking, phone calls, emailing, visiting in person still not been returned. I visited his bank who understand the problem and all it takes is a phone call from owner Lee & they will return the over payment to me! Over $2000 so not a small amount to lose! I know my fault but a painful mistake! Just don’t understand why he won’t return it! Now 2024!

I went to APR57 to buy a watch I recommended this place to all my friends, they have a lot of options here and the workers here where so nice and helpful, they helped me to find the watch that I wanted and gave me a good price

My experience with Lee was absolutely horrendous. I purchased a watch listed on eBay, which was also advertised on their website. The listing promised a FREE $60,000.00 Certified Insurance Appraisal Certificate, FREE 2-year International Guarantee, and FREE Certificate of Authenticity. This turned out to be a complete scam! Despite emailing and calling over 10 times, I received no response, and the watch arrived with none of the promised documentation. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Lee is a deceitful scammer, and this business is a total fraud. Although he claims to have been in business for 30-40 years, it's all a sham. Stay far away from this business!

So not buy or sell to him. The owner is a scammer! He locktet the door and won’t let you go without buy or sell.

I have been emailing them but nobody is replying. I bought a Rolex watch (2 weeks ago) and it does not work properly. I already left NY and went back to my country.

I recently came in to APR57 looking for a new watch. This place is like a candy store for adults!! There were SO many different options in all different price ranges. I fell in love with a beautiful Tag Heuer and the price was a steal! Lee and his staff were super helpful in making my decision to purchase a watch.

Amazing and super helpful place with great service, helped me find the Rolex I been searching everywhere for over 2 years. Luckily, Lee the appraiser helped me found this collectible watch.

In June of 2022 I contacted APR57 about getting an appraisal on several old signed Hollywood movie star photos and a hand signed typed letter from Hellen Keller to Mr Jennings. Lee the owner said that they would send me a pre paid fed ex shipping label so I could send the items for appraisal. I sent them the items and fed ex tracking confirmed that the package was delivered and signed for by David Lee the owner of APR57.Weeks went by and there was no reply from them. So I called them and they said that they hadn't gotten a chance to look at my stuff. They told me they would look at my stuff and get back to me within a week. Aweek later and no response. I called them again and they told me that they would get back to me the next day. And again no response. I waited a couple of weeks and no response. So I called them again and they told me that they would look at my stuff and call me the next day with an appraisal and again no response. So I sent them an email letting them know if I didn't receive a response from them soon that they had left me no option but to file a complaint against them.with the better business office and once again no reply. They will not answer my calls. These guys are crooks. They have had my stuff for about four months and they won't answer my calls or.get back with me.

We were recommended to go there as we need to buy two Rolex watches for my parents. We try to buy them at several of the Rolex retail boutiques but the stores kept telling us they have none in stock there’s a several year waiting list and they have no idea when they’re going to get more in and also even when they get them in they have no idea what the price will be. In fact the last store we went to recommended us to go to APR57 Gallery and they told us they have the largest selection of new and display model Rolexes available here in New York. It was our parents 30th wedding anniversary and we wanted to get them both something special. We wanted to purchase 2 specific models. One watch was the brand-new 18 karat Golden steel Daytona chronograph which is virtually impossible to find anywhere the other was the Rolex stainless steel submariner. I only did a PR 57 say they were able to get both watches they had them both in stock pulled them out show them to us and gave us a well below market price for both of them which save this approximately at least $10,000 together!
The watches came in the boxes brand-new with full certified insurance appraisal certificates and full guarantees. We would be happy to recommend them to anyone of our friends and associates looking forward to do business with them again as I’m getting ready to buy an engagement ring for my wife which they said they can give us it less than half the retail. They are also located conveniently in midtown Manhattan right across the street from Carnegie Hall on 57th Street and 7th Avenue.

I went there to sell my Movado watch. The price was fair and the process was quick. Will be visiting again soon cause I got some more stuff to sell.

APR57 is hands down, the best place to buy luxury watches and art antiques. I met the managers of this place about a week ago and I was surprised to see the amazing watch collection they have. I will visit you guys soon again because I need to purchase a gift for my daughter.

I had some gold jewelry to sell, so I called APR57 to get offers on two of the items, a watch and a rope chain. However, the offers that Lee David Rosenbloom gave me were fake. The offers were a trick to get me to send these items to him. Once he got these items, the actual offer was far less than what he said on phone. He will only pay much lower prices than what you could get at many places on 47th Street, which is the diamond district in New York City. Lee David Rosenbloom is the owner of APR57. I was on the phone with him and started to cancel a deal that was made seconds before, once I realized I was being taken. As soon as I started to cancel the deal, he said he had a customer and hung up on me. When I called back Lee D. Rosenbloom had blocked my phone number, so I could not get through to cancel the deal. As a result, I lost out on thousands of dollars more that I could have gotten elsewhere. It even took many weeks for Lee to pay me in full for the bad deal. If you value money, you should stay away from APR57.Do not believe the claims of high payouts on the APR57 website. I just found some information about past dealings of Lee Rosenbloom According to a report done by ABCNY News in 2016, it is stated that jewelry stores owned by Lee Rosenbloom had the most complaints of any in the area, with the problems spanning nearly two decades, including numerous complaints about Lee losing items that were brought in for repair or consignment. In 2018, in another report done by Arnold Diaz at pix11, it is stated that a Rolex that was brought in for repair, was held for 3 years, with excuses given to the owner as to why it could not be picked up, including that it was lost. After a letter from her attorney the watch appeared. Lee insisted on 700 dollars to return the watch. When she arrived home, she realized that the watch had not been repaired. I wish I had seen these reports before I got involved with APR57.
