Apprentify Arvostelua 

From an employers point of view, Apprentify have been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the apprenticeship, including the hiring process. I've found the regular catch-ups with tutors especially useful, particularly for ensuring his work lines up with what he's studying at college.

I have had the best time completing my Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship! Having previously done remote learning at University and struggling with it, due to lack of clarity in tasks and community within myself and other students, I was slightly worried to begin with but the learning and support from each tutor and other learners in my groups, was just brilliant. I felt supported, and informed fully on each of the topics we covered, especially when it came to exam prep.

A special shout-out to my coach, Laura who has been the biggest support throughout, always there to help me and provide kind, honest advice. I couldn't have got my distinction without you, thank you so much!

After being told my previous progress coach was leaving, I was upset because I had grown fond of them and, being neurodivergent, I’m not good with change. But little did I know I had no reason to worry. Quite the opposite in fact. After struggling in education for the majority of my life and never feeling like I had enough support, I can’t express how much it meant to have Sharon by my side throughout my apprenticeship and final exams. I have made a huge point to my boyfriend in the last 16 months that I wanted to get a distinction out of this course. From high school, through A-levels and right into a foundation diploma I’ve scraped the barrel with almost every grade I ever got and always felt so lost and alone that I’ve tried to drop out of education several times. After getting an autism diagnosis and sorting out my mental health near the beginning of my apprenticeship, I decided this would be the point in which I got a grade I was proud of. And I did. I got 100% in all three exams - which I can tell you would absolutely not have happened without Sharon. She’s always had time for me, even when easing back into work after being severely unwell in hospital. Sharon has been a ray of sunshine, she’s the most patient person I’ve ever known and so understanding. I’m genuinely going to miss our talks. Her spirits are always high and your grades will be even higher. Sharon, thank you so much.

The past 16 months have been a great with Apprentify. I got a distinction grade at the end of it and it was all thanks to Charles Booth, who was my Developement Coach.

The way the courses are run is fantastic and everything revolves around you and your working environment.

Overall extremely happy with my grade, and I have gained a lot of experience this year.

Digital Marketing Bootcamp delivered by Apprentify is a wonderfully interesting introduction to Digital Marketing. It was delivered with expertise, so although there is an incredible amount to cover it is always clearly explained with opportunities to ask questions, explore the various topics and undertake practical tasks using the course content as it unfolds. I would highly recommend it as a great way to cover a lot of information in a pleasant and practical way. Great tutors.

I learnt all about digital marketing in a modern, forward-thinking way and came out of my course with a distinction, which I'm incredibly proud of. Generally, the course has changed my view on how businesses work and the role marketing plays in business.

Although I swiftly moved on to a job not associated with marketing (but with what I studied for at university) I would still say that I use marketing skills on a daily basis. The skills you learn apply to many job roles.

I would like to thank Joanne and Charles for an all round great experience! Onboarding process with Joanne was quick and efficient and the Facebook Blueprint Course with Charles was so informative as well as entertaining. Would definitely recommend this course for anyone looking to make a start into Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing.

I have just completed the Facebook Ads course and loved every minute! Charles was so engaging and kept the training fun throughout the 2 days. He was so helpful in any questions we had and explained everything really clearly. I am looking forward to doing another course with Apprentify in the future and would highly recommend to anyone!

I always wanted to work within the digital field and didn't want to commute too far to do that, so when I found an apprenticeship nearby offering a decent wage I couldn't be happier. I was invited onto an online assessment day (which I had to practically beg my current boss for the day off) which I was told a day later that I had passed and to get an updated CV over to them ASAP as well as answering a few video questions to help the employer. I was told that the employer wanted to get the apprentice on within the next 10 days and that once I had sent over the CV and videos that I would hear back in a few days. It is now 6 months on and after various e-mails and calls to apprentify I have heard nothing back. I fear that I was just used as a book filling tool so that they can boast higher numbers at a quarterly meeting. Safe to say that this has put me off going into any type of apprenticeship in the future and especially not with this company.

I highly recommend Apprentify to anyone that is looking to advance their skills and experience within the Digital Marketing field. Overall, my experience has been amazing because I have excelled in this particular field while receiving great support and guidance from my mentor Kulwinder. The courses I've taken have given me the opportunity to gain new certifications and qualifications that will enhance my employment prospects.

I don't usually post bad reviews, but I felt I had to in this situation. I left my apprenticeship early with Apprentify, believe me this was the last of my intentions and I tried my absolute best to make it work, but I just didn't feel like I was making any progress.
I was with an employer who couldn't have cared less about me or my development. I was left to struggle and muddle my way through everything with no help whatsoever. Then when work wasn't completed up to standard, I was made to feel like I couldn't do anything right, even though I was there to learn and had no experience in the field whatsoever which I'd made clear from the outset. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that I got the best support from Apprentify either.
I'm not going to name any names, but when my manager requested to push my training back as apparently "it was a busy period for the company" and they basically needed me to complete more work that made no difference whatsoever, my development coach granted this and I wasn't included in the decision. This is my learning and development we're talking about, and I had no say in the matter at all. So this meant a delay in my learning, which would've resulted in me taking longer to complete my apprenticeship. I think this was the ploy all along really.
After speaking to my DC in confidence about my worries and issues regarding the apprenticeship, I gave things a chance to change for the better. But, there was no improvement. So I had to make the difficult decision to leave my apprenticeship, which I hated doing as I felt that I had failed by not completing it, but alas it had to be done. Now I know that I made the right decision, as I'm now in a much better position. So sorry to say, but my experience with Apprentify wasn't very positive.

Thanks very much Dawn! You helped me loads when the stress and pressures of my EPA came up, you guided me well through all information and gave me all the help I needed. You politely pushed me when my work wasn’t at the standard required, and provided a third party to talk to about my workplace and complaints, thanks!

Mark Benzar, thank you so much. Nothing was ever too difficult for you, and you were always willing to help me. I will be forever grateful.

My development coach was quickly transferred to Mark after a job change with my previous DC at the start of my apprenticeship, which made me anxious because it was so early on, but Mark reassured me and my boss that he'd be supportive and helpful. This was proven throughout my whole course; even when times were tough, Mark was there as a mentor and someone I knew I could go to for a chat.
